Had a good experience here. The service is great. The employees have great personalities and are friendly. They ended up taking my car in last minute which I really appreciate.

If I had to gripe. I am a little disappointed that the «shampooing» they do is simply a solution they spray down and just wipe over with a cloth. I was expecting my seats to be in better condition than they came out to be. I could just be spoiled.
Something that they really do need to work on, which I brought to their attention, MASSIVE up-​charges for larger vehicles. Mini detail went from $ 95 to $ 165. Thats a bit excessive for a midsize SUV. I know of locations that have less than a $ 20 up-​charge. If I had known that walking into it, I would have probably waited until the next day to go to my normal location. That was my mistake. If they work on their pricing, I will gladly come back with my SUV. Otherwise I may be back if I pick up a sedan.

This place is really amazing ! Went to the mall to acquire some things and noticed the detail shop in the parking garage, I went with the wash wax and a few hours later my Tesla had never looked better ! Thanks Jon and the crew at image !!

I brought my 67 ford falcon here to get polished and waxed. The depth of paint looked great! Looked better than when it was freshly painted… This place is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, highly recommended.

This review is long past due, sorry Shawn! If you’re in the area, this is the place to get your car detailed. Shawn and team are professional, skillful, and courteous. I had a sprinkler malfunction that turned my car into a leopard. Shawn quoted me $ 250 for the job over the phone, estimating 2.5hrs of work. Upon arrival, I was told the problem was much worse, as the hard water stains had eaten into the clear coat. Shawn stuck by his quote, told me he will have to cut and polish the car, and told me to come back after he calls. It took four hours in the end to get the job done, he stayed after business hours alone to complete it, all for the price he originally quoted. The car was in BETTER condition than the day I picked it up from the dealership. Shining shimmering splendid showroom magnificence! I felt so guilty! To be honest it’s not what you would expect from a shopping mall car wash, this is a hidden gem! Please open a location at South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island!

This car wash is located at the covered parking garage, ground floor and adjacent to Nordstrom. I came in at around 10 in the morning and the garage was deserted. I first thought it was closed because you would normally expect attendants waiting for customers in this kind of business.
I parked my car and noticed that their «open» sign is turned on so I went straight to their office. There, I saw a guy by himself and was asked what I wanted. I told him I only needed a wash since my car was clayed a few weeks ago. He said it’ll take 45 mins because he’s literally by himself. I thought it won’t be a problem since the mall is there just to kill time. He never tried to upsell any services which was cool.
I got a call from the same guy less than an hour later to tell me that my car was ready. I headed back to the garage and I was impressed with what I saw. My car was super clean. I can compare it to a pair of suit that was just dry cleaned. I did not see water spots anywhere. I don’t know how they did it but they did a great job. I took off 1 star because I did not get an initial quote for the wash.
Yes, the price is more than what you pay for at a regular car wash but what you get here is unparalleled quality of service. Plus you get to spoil both yourself (by shopping at the mall) and your car.

Husband and I dropped off our Range Rover for a quick wash while I shopped at Nordstrom. The guys were quick to attend us and it took about 1 hr. 30 min. Since their was two other cars ahead of us. Great spot to get your car washed while you shop/​dine at the mall. We loved the fact that they dry your car in the shade, unlike other places that do it out in the sun!

Image Auto Detailing is the best place to take your car for AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL results. Shawn and the rest of his team know exactly what they are doing when it come to waxing/​polishing and obviously much more. They take good care of my car like its theirs (which, I absolutely love).

Its at the bottom of the structure (1^st level) which is perfect. No heat from the sun while waxing the car or debris.

I can’t express how happy I am with how my paint looks. I get compliments on my car all the time. From how smooth to that full wet feel. I have no swirl marks of any kind. I’m truly 100% satisfied with the service they provide.

I got my car washed here because it was convenient and I had a shopping date at the mall anyway. It was a Saturday, so they said it would take 2 hours to get it done because there were others ahead of me. No problem.
They did a pretty good job. The reason why I give 3 stars is because 1) it was crazy expensive for a wash and a wax on an SUV ($ 100 including 20% tip) and 2) there were a lot of little details that were missed and for the price, I would have expected a much higher level of cleanliness. Some of my center compartments next to my cup holders weren’t cleaned, there was a finger print on my back window, and the things they took out of my car (first aid kit, mapbook, etc.) were just tossed back in the car on my back seat.
I’ve gotten hand car washes for a third of the price with better quality before. Don’t think I’ll go back unless I’m incredibly lazy, really desperate, and already at the mall.

My car is 10 years old and was never really taken car of. 10 years of havasu trips, dog hair, and dirt. I picked my car up and could not believe how good it looked! They did such an amazing job! You would never know there had been two crazy dogs riding in it for 10 years. I will definitely be bringing my future cars here whenever I need them detailed!

Got my car washed because I was going to the mall and it was convenient. They did a good job on the exterior but the interior wasn’t even vacuumed well. I’m not sure what they did but the air from the vents also smelled bad for over a week. Lastly, they charged me extra because my car was dirty. Ummm, the car should be dirty. Why would I take a clean car to a car wash?

Showed up to this place at 1:30 pm on a Monday, when its clearly «open», and no one was there. I called three times. I needed my car detailed and drove all the way to this place and it was a ghost town. Don’t come here, it’s a waste of your time.

Disappointed with this place. I came to get a desperately needed detailing at 3pm, when they advertised that they were closing at 6. The place appeared to already be closed, but there was no information given to potential customers in the form of a’closed’ or ‘out to lunch’ sign, that would let us know what was going on. That left me, as well as a few other people, standing around peering through the window, trying to figure out what was going on. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. For a place with such a great location and presentation, it’s a pity this aspect of their business is conducted in such an amateur fashion.

I got an external detail on my 6 year old BMW 3-​series, and it was great! The guys did a great job on my paint, and even went the external mile on one of my wheels that needed some polish. Car now has a smooth, deep gloss that looks beautiful.
If you are looking for a quick, cheap car wash, this is probably not the place for you. But if you are looking to get a beautiful detail service for your car, this place is perfect, with very reasonable prices considering the quality and attention to detail.

Nice location. I could tell just by the set up of the location they were into details. They didn’t disappoint. Made my Kia Soul look like the day I bought it and I only got the high end wash. It’s pricier than a regular car wash but well worth it. The owner did my wash and he seems like the type of guy who is incapable of doing something half assed. Great place!

When I called up my usual guy for the «delivery detail» on my new car, he sent somebody else and it ended up half assed.
I noticed swirls in the paint but I had to leave for a 1500 mile road trip… when I got home I knew I’d have to find the right place for the job.
Image was able to take me same day for a polish and wax, and my car was so dirty when I showed up I almost felt bad. I was recommended a ‘stage 1′ ~80% paint correction and it seems to have done the trick… no swirls, not easy with a black car. The positive results made me happy but the attention to detail will have me returning. Highly recommended.

I happened to be at the Brea Mall at a time that my car desperately needed to be washed. I park on the street, which means it’s only a matter of a few days until sprinklers, debris, and tree sap leave their mark on my car.
I drove in looking for a simple car wash but was quickly upsold by a nice guy who quoted me a wash & wax package for $ 75.00. It was a clay wax, and while I’d normally not spend that much on my car, I decided to go with it.
It turned out pretty great! The car was butter-​soft, and weeks later it’s still just as soft after a wash.
The thing that has curbed my enthusiasm is that when I asked about the various service options, I was given the $ 75.00 wash & wax price, a more intense detail for something over $ 100, or a simple car wash for $ 30 («We’re really more of a detail shop than a car wash»). The website, however, lists a really impressive variety of services that are all priced less than what I was quoted. There’s a wash & wax that starts at $ 55, an exterior car wash that starts at $ 20. I absolutely cannot stand getting services from a place that I later learn I could have spent less at for one reason or another. And of course I’m not naïve to the pitfalls of a single female needing to get auto service. Between that, the fact that it was essentially an impulse buy, and without a formal list & description of pricing there in the parking structure, I likely set myself up to pay more than I should have.
I also understand that «starting at» means that you are likely going to be upsold, but in this instance I was a little annoyed that I didn’t ask, and wasn’t told, exactly what I was paying for.
Make no mistake, you’ll get a great wax or detail job here. Just make sure you’ve done your research before going in.

Image always does an exceptional job detailing the cars for my Tesla showroom in the Brea Mall. Image is thorough and detail oriented. I can always count on them to get my cars showroom ready. I need my cars to be immaculate and Image never lets me down.

The price kinda higher than all other places but I decided to get car wash here at Brea mall knowing it was gonna take couple of hrs to come back out.
One of the guy there kinda did short presentation (?) for 15 mins to explain how do the their job and professionalism. It’s $ 20 for exterior and $ 25 for complete car wash. I chose $ 25 to give it a try. It was nice how they give you a call when it’s done though.
So I went back to pick up my car. Outside of my car looked pretty clean so I didn’t really check interior and left. That was my mistake. I came home and open the door to get out and found the mud still in inside. It wasn’t worth paying $ 25 for car wash. I would not get car wash there again nor recommend to anyone.
