Gary Critchfield – State Farm Insurance Agent

A business associate referred me to Gary for my auto insurance. I met with Gary to discuss my needs. Although I had been with State Farm for years, he was very thorough and found ways to improve my coverage and save. He spent the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed and his concern was out of genuine interest. Extremely professional.

Best decision ever! I signed up with Gary when I bought my new car. Let me start by saying that the process of buying my car was not quite a cake walk. I had a quote from AAA that was pretty awesome but when it came time to actually sit down and buy the car, they realized that they didn’t properly update my new address in Long Beach. Once they did, it increased my policy $ 1000!
After a proper freak out and realization that I might not even be able to afford a new car, my dealer suggested Gary @ State Farm and proceeded to text him to see if there is anything he could do for me. Even though it was already almost 10pm Gary took time out of his evening with his family to not just get me a quote that was more awesome than I could imagine but also finalized the process so that I could actually take my car home. Since then, Gary has been nothing short of amazing. He’s easy to get a hold of, gets back to me extremely quickly and always keeps you updated on anything having to do with your insurance. I recommend him 100%

I give them 5 stars because they do the work and the are very polite and respectful. They want you to have a good policy and still don’t have to pay a lot. I recommend them over anyone else.

Having worked with Abel Escobedo at State farm, I have yet to find someone extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made the whole Insurance process easy and was well aware of what products I needed for my family and I, I recommend you to ask for Abel and he will take care of all your wants and needs and save you money.
