Today was errand day. This errand involved getting 2 watches repaired. The watches were part of a costume jewelry collection that was left to me.
Elegance in Time is the typical overstocked clock shop with lots of ticking and pleasant chimes. The lady at the counter and the repairman were both very helpful in giving me an idea of what I had, what the value might be and what would be the best decision as far as repairs. One watch was repaired on the spot, very reasonably. The stem wind 50-​year old Swiss movement watch had to be left and that repair will be reasonable. I’m very happy.
