Love this selection and type of clothes here. Always great sales, a friendly sales team and coupons are always sent to my email. I also like their rewards program and you can have your receipt emailed to ya. Their clearance is pretty awesome too. It’s a pretty well organized store. Thumbs up!

As a former regular customer of Carters, I am disappointed that yesterday I felt as though I received poor customer service from my experience at this location, and I will never be returning again. I went to return baby clothes that had been purchased online because they turned out to be too small. I must note that all the tags were still on all of clothes. As I approached the register, it seemed to me as though the man seemed immediately irritated that I was returning clothes. With separate purchases and multiple receipts, I attempted to assist the employee by pointing out and matching the correct item with the one on the receipt to perhaps ease the tension and make the process faster. Unfortunately, the man would continue to make comments here and there about how the receipts should have been printed rather than shown on my phone and how it was difficult for him to read the item numbers to return the items. Throughout the whole process, his attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and even guilty that I was returning the clothes. After returning all the items, I wanted to leave the location immediately because I didn’t want to be around the man who, to me, seemed so frustrated and unhappy. I had originally planned to buy more clothes from the store after returning my items, but my experience was to the point where I felt as though it would make me sick to my stomach to have to face him again. I asked to file a complaint with the store manager only to discover that the same man was the store manager. I am disappointed in the fact that rather than spending more time apologizing for making me as a customer feel uncomfortable and guilty, I felt as though I was given a brief apology followed by a justification for his own actions and why I should not even have been complaining. I left the store feeling even more guilty and upset than before. Carters used to be my favorite store to go with my mom to buy clothes for my baby siblings. I was once very excited to go shopping there and told all my friends to go there for presents for the babies’ birthdays, but after this experience with the store manager, I will tell them to go to another store. Perhaps the manager was having a bad day, but in my opinion, customers should NEVER even have to feel uncomfortable or upset for returning items that they are no satisfied with and then feel even WORSE after trying to file a complaint for being treated so.

Staff is helpful and nice. The clothing is great, I have been really happy with the products except when I dry the onesies they slightly shrink. Otherwise, I really like Carter’s!

This review only applies to the terrible customer service I received yesterday at this location by an older man who was working here roughly in the late afternoon. He had the snobbiest attitude toward me and the woman he was ringing up before me. I had an exchange and as I walked up to the register, mind you he didn’t even greet me, he asked for my phone number. That was it, the first thing out of his mouth. I told him I had an exchange, to which he said«yeah I can see that» and I handed him the merchandise and I told him I’d look around. After the swap, I said thanks to which he said«you’re welcome» in that snobby attitude of his. Shouldn’t he be the one thanking me? Terrible service! I would have loved to keep shopping but I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

My go-to kid’s clothing store and also my go-to location. I have never had a bad experience at this Brea Carter’s. They are always running sales and give you a coupon to come back every time. Great selection, clean, and very friendly staff. All in all, DEFINITELY5 stars worthy. :-)

Carter’s recently opened in Brea and I have come here several times to buy my nephew clothes, toys, and baby accessories. Prices are reasonable and service is good. I went there yesterday and they were having a sale on almost everything in the store. I was able to get Monster slippers for 40% off the $ 22 price. Yay!
