Specialties
Orange County is home to a concept unlike any in the region, Bruxie, a quick-serve eatery serving more than a dozen sweet and savory gourmet waffle sandwich offerings. The menu offer’s Bruxie’s unique takes on authentic Belgian waffles, alongside salads, locally produced old-fashioned cane sugar sodas, real Wisconsin frozen custard, shakes, sundaes and floats. Bruxie proudly serves Peet’s Coffee & Tea products, and nothing on the menu exceeds $ 10. The Bruxie menu features two types of Belgian waffles. First, the Brussels waffle, used to produce all Bruxie sandwiches, is not sweet in taste, and when cooked, its yeast aroma is reminiscent of freshly baked bread. The Liege waffle, is a more dense, sweet waffle, with Belgian-pearl sugar baked into it. To satisfy the sweet tooth, Bruxie offers several sweet waffles, including S’mores with toasted marshmallow, drizzled with rich Belgian chocolate.
