History

Established in 1982.

Anthony Curiale founded his Law Offices in 1982 and has been practicing ever since.

For many years, the Law Offices focused solely on criminal defense — including hundreds of DUI cases. Over time, Mr. Curiale broadened his practice areas to include civil litigation and asset forfeiture.

Medical Marijuana Law naturally flowed from here — as the field is a unique combination between civil and criminal practice areas. In the last decade, Mr Curiale has opened countless dispensaries and represented a variety of patients associations from Orange and LA to Riverside and San Diego Counties.

Anthony Curiale is the founder of our Offices. Mr. Curiale began his career in 1979, specializing in Criminal Defense and DUI. Since 1982, he has maintained his own private practice, representing countless criminal clients for a broad range of crimes in Orange, Riverside, San Diego, and Los Angeles Counties.

Since 1998, Mr. Curiale has added Civil Litigation to the areas of his expertise. On the civil side of the law, Mr. Curiale has experience in Contract Disputes, Property Issues, and Business Formation, among other areas.

Much of Mr. Curiale’s current practice focuses on the ever-​evolving of area Medical Marijuana Law. His experience in this area of the law is truly vast, as he arrived on the Medical Marijuana scene in its infancy, over 10 years ago.

To Mr. Curiale, the law is more than a business — it’s a passion. Mr. Curiale is an active advocate for the rights and freedoms of clients and sees the law as an avenue for positive change.
