AER Technologies

AER fixed the speedometer in my car, a 2004 Yukon XL Denali last month. They gave me a quote over the phone and when I picked it up just 24 hours later it was within the quote range. They told me about 2 days to fix but was fixed in one day. They were very professional & friendly over the phone & the technician Jose was informative to me and explained exactly what was wrong & how he will be fixing it. My husband did the research first on what was possibly wrong which he looked up on the Internet. The technician said the same things my husband found out so we knew we were in good hands. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly too. Fortunately my husband is mechanically inclined so he took out the part himself & I took it to AER. We saved $ 300 by not having the dealer do it! Glad we were referred to AER! We had to send out 2 switchboards for repair on our Anca Machines that we needed right away. We usually have slow service on any computer/​machine repair, but AER got us our repaired switchboards back in time.
The response time with customer service and the repair service was awesome!

Excellent customer service and workmanship! I own a treadmill repair company (
) and needed a lower board (MCB) for a TRUE FITNESS treadmill repaired. Cameron Quick was the rep that I worked with at AER. From the beginning Cameron handled my questions and concerns like a professional and gave me the feeling that this process would run smoothly, which it did. About a week after I had sent my defective MCB in for repair it was retuned to me (in excellent packing-​btw) and was working perfectly. The cost to replace that board would have been $ 440 plus shipping and tax putting it somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 485, AER charged me less than $ 150 for the repair. The really awesome thing about the repair is that the warranty AER offers surpasses the warranty the new board would have given me. I WILL RETURN in the future. AER provided great customer service and does what they say they will do within the time frame given. I broke 4 pins off of a motherboard replacing a fan, and AER handled the the repair with top notch, excellent customer service. The motherboard and fan now all work as promised.
Their facility is also professional, clean, well equipped and shows their dedication to handling system board repairs.
