Description

Specialties

I offer therapy and counseling to help individuals and couples feel better about themselves and connect more meaningfully and harmoniously with others.

My Specialties Include Helping With The Following:

Communicating and relating more effectively in relationships. Improving your sense of self. Improving your own capacity to change your experience, whether it’s your

perspective, your mood, your behaviors, or your reactions to people and situations you encounter. I’m human and down to earth in how I relate to people. I don’t mystify therapy. I especially like Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication model as a map for exploring relationships and communication.

Business Owner

I have always had an interest in psychology and since 1999 have worked with people in different counseling contexts — younger people, older people, individuals, couples, and families.

I participated in the Integral Counseling Psychology program at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco; I graduated with a Master’s degree in the fall of 2003, and I earned my Marriage and Family Therapist license in January, 2007.
