History

Established in 2005.

The agency was established in 2005 as a commercial specialty agency working with general and sub-​contractors during housing construction boom. In 2010 the agency took a different direction and decided to become a general agency with Horace Mann specializing in helping public educators and their families protect their assets, prepare for their children’s college and help guide them towards retirement. In 2014 the agency decided that it wanted to offer it’s clients a larger portfolio of products and services and therefore decided to become and exclusive agency with Allstate Insurance.

Business Owner

Steven Santiago has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1990 opening his first independent agency in Parkland Florida working with educators in Dade County Florida. In 1998 Steven moved from Boca Raton Florida to Lawrenceville Georgia where he opened up a small construction company specializing in small commercial and residential clients. In 2005 Steven decided to get back into the insurance and financial services industry by opening Best Insurance Associates a commercial product specialty agency working general and sub-​contractors.
