I appreciate that Walmart in Branson is FINALLY carrying a FEW more organic products. It’s been very slow, but it is happening. Having said that, now they need to put up signs and really start enforcing that people CAN’T leave their pets in the car while they shop. Summer is coming and I don’t care if you’re a visitor or not, there AREOTHEROPTIONS than to leave your pet in the car. Step up Walmart. This has to stop. People if you can’t come to Walmart without leaving your pet in the car, then DON’T COME!!!

I’m traveled from Florida to Branson Mo and I noticed something wrong with my car tires. I stopped by this Walmart and the auto service manager checked my tires for me and showed me how to find the proper air pressure reading !! He was so nice and helpful and professional ! Forever Walmart will have my business in the auto section thanks to him !! Thank you from a worried mom traveling with children. You made my day, my trip and made me fall in love even more with the super nice people of Branson Mo !
Just I.

When you get into the checkout line at this Walmart, there’s plenty of time to get acquainted with all the folks in that line. You WILL wait 10 minutes to get to the checker. Word on the line is that Walmart is scheduling less cashiers in order to force all but the most rigid customers to try the self checkout station. Makes sense to me, I wait 10 to 15 minutes to pay, almost always. So bring something to put your dairy in to keep it cold.(If you see the young Hispanic fellow, his line is fastest) The automotive section is likewise understaffed at the counter, and perhaps staffed by slackers in the bays. I took my car for an oil change. When I parked, I could see there were only two cars in the bays, and the two visible mechanics were dancing around popping rags at each other and playing grab-ass. «Oh good», I thought, «they’re slow». I was told at the counter it would be an hour, so having no shopping to do I bought a book, some food from the deli and waited an hour and 15 minutes at the Subway concession. When I went back to automotive, they hadn’t even STARTED on my blazer. I was certainly pissed off at my waiting time AND spending $ 12 in their damn store. Had to leave without the oil change. Like a dumbass, I went back 2 weeks later and waited 1 ¾ hours for an oil change(had been told upon arrival I was 2nd in line). A lady waiting outside had been waiting more than 3 hours to have something done to her tires. Sitting there, I watched the counter staff run their asses off helping customers in the aisles, checking people out, answering questions and helping customers on the phone. I don’t know what these people get paid but I’m pretty sure it isn’t enough. I waited long enough that I walked to the bay to get some cigarettes from my car. A mechanic was standing there and he said. «Oh, I just got back from lunch, and I don’t know what’s going on, but there’s too much oil in it.» I told him I’d added some on the way over because the pressure gauge looked low, so PLEASE make sure it was REALLY changed. «Oh, I will», he says. The car was ready pretty soon after that and I can only wonder if it ever got changed at all. One thing I do know, is that I’ll never patronize automotive here for an oil change again. In general, the store is clean and well stocked, but with the notable exception of the EXCELLENT pharmacy, service is not their forte’. Lastly, they have some very odd employees. Super religious people that bless everyone, while checking you out VERY slowly, and some checkers that appear more than just a little, well, dim. Really, though, the young Hispanic guy is super fast; I look for him.
