Welcome to Center Stage Grille & Bar, Branson’s Première Entertainment & Food Mecca, where everyone is a friend and most are like family. We offer you a variety of music genres performed by aspiring young musicians as well as a culmination of tenured entertainers. There is always someone entertaining at Branson’s Center Stage Grille & Bar. Our menu is mostly American with a touch of European fare as well. Our Chef, Bill Kitchin, has extensive experience cooking for well-​known entertainers, such as Ann Margret. Our entrees, sandwiches, and desserts are made from scratch with the finest ingredients, prepared by our talented chefs, and delivered to you by your gracious server. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your experience with us more enjoyable! Bön Appetite, enjoy the entertainment and thanks for joining us! We have recently opened a Kaffee Haus (part of the same business) in the front of the restaurant. We feature organic coffees, loose teas, blooming tea pots, passed down recipes from our family heritage for old-​fashioned pastries and desserts. Vintage environment and family owned and operated!

We are Branson’s première entertainment & food destination. Everyone is a friend and most are like family. Although our menu is primarily American, with a touch of European fare, we offer many dishes that are truly one-​of-​a-​kind. Our Chef, Bill Kitchin, has extensive culinary experience cooking for well-​known entertainers, such as Ann Margret. Our entrees, sandwiches, and desserts are made from scratch using the finest ingredients, prepared by our talented chefs, and delivered to you by your gracious server. The live music performed on our stages fill our dining rooms, bar and outdoor deck with several musical genres performed by aspiring young musicians as well as a culmination of tenured entertainers.

We have been to Center Stage a couple of times now and have been very impressed each time. The live music and new atmosphere make for a great stop to bring in the family or to enjoy a fun atmosphere for two. The staff is all very personable and friendly and we found them to be quite informative and attentive. The food is amazing and very ample servings. The flavor and presentation are all top notch. If looking for a good appetizer consider the fried mushrooms which are fantastic, or the Philly fries which is loaded with flavor and goodness it’s huge and can easily feed 4 – 6. The pork tenderloin sandwich is the best we had ever had. It’s served on a hoagie bun and the tenderloin is folded in half and so you have double layers covering the entire bun. They also have a side of alfredo that is pure heaven. Save room for the DEEP FRIED BROWNIE! It is a must do. We didn’t have room so went back just to get the brownie. It happened to be a Friday pm and their special was smoked prime rib, excellent choice, great flavor and generous amounts. One of the owners Leah and her husband stopped by our table to check on us they are both lovely folks who really wanted to make sure we were pleased with our visit there. Highly recommend this place as a definite go to in Branson. Wish they were here in Texas. This place has just become our new «favorite» and will be a definite stop on our annual trip to Branson.

No no no… Don’t go!!! I wish I could give it Zero stars. We waited for over 45 minutes after placing our appetizer order and it never showed up. Then I guess a lady manager came Over to explain that the kitchen was backed up because of some special charity performance. She was incredibly rude. I was very upset Since my little ones were hungry and we were going on close to an hour with no appetizer or food and she said it could still be 15 minutes before we got food. She told me not to talk to her in an angry tone. Are u kidding me??? I WAS angry — We were also going to be late to our shows we also had pre bought tickets for!!! We left without food — with hungry kids and ended up at McDonald’s. Do no expect good service or good waitstaff. Our waiter didn’t even come back for over 30 minutes and he realized they had not brought our appetizer. Bad bad bad service all around. Can’t comment on the food since none of it passed by my lips!!!

The tuna steak was overcooked so dry. The appitizer plate had under cooked fried green tomatoes, over cooked chicken wings and the potato wedges had no flavor. Very bad experience all the way around. We did not eat 80% of the meal. They did take appetizer of cost of meal.

This place is wonderful. We got caught in a heavy downpour on our motorcycle. Although we came in drenched they were beyond gracious. I had beer… can’t go wrong there. Husband had butter pecan cake coffee. He is in love…

We were looking for a place with an outdoor patio that maybe had some live music going to hang out and have some drinks since the weather was so nice. We drove past Center Stage and noticed the patio and guy playing music and decided to stop.
After spending the day at Silver Dollar City and having a pretty late lunch, we weren’t looking for a full dinner but had some drinks and appetizers to split. The service was a little hit or miss to begin with. We were approached by 3 or 4 different servers right off the bat… I didn’t seem like there was any table assignments and was a little bit of a free for all.
Once we finally got menus and got orders placed, we waited for a LONG time for appetizers. Like over an hour. Luckily we had some drinks and weren’t starving to begin with, but the lag time for food was ridiculous. The food we ended up receiving was absolutely delicious, but I would never say that over an hour for appetizers is acceptable.
A guy named Josh Cherry was singing and playing guitar to keep us entertained while we waited. He was pretty talented but mainly only knew country songs.
This place has great food, but our service was just not good.

By «more drinks» I was referring to more ice water refills. I didn’t want a bar atmosphere at 2:00 in the afternoon. We were looking for food and entertainment. If we could have gotten the server’s attention away from the meeting being held with the manager at the bar, it would have been helpful.

Awesome food, awesome service and awesome atmosphere!!! The sautéed shrimp with a buttery sauce was perfect! It was suggested to have it blackened which put it over the top scrumptious. The shrimp were perfectly done. The mac n cheese, sautéed seasonal veggies and green bean casserole were super yummy! The fact that everything is made from scratch just puts that extra touch of good into it. We will be back! Thank you!
So, after the lunch we headed over to their coffee shop that is attached and had an amazing lemon bar and apple sliced pie with sharp cheddar cheese and a cup of coffee. We are rolling out of here! Amazing place!

Wish I could give it five but I can’t. The atmosphere was totally a 5. We happened in on a night that they were hosting a silent auction and food eating challenge for a local church. That was ALOT of fun and I love businesses that believe in community service. I even got 2 items from the auction… lol Now to the food. Definitely home cooked so major plus! We got the hunters pork chop with fries and Mac n cheese. Both sides were great but the entrée was meh. The pork was a bit dry and the peppers and onions a bit crispier than I like as part of a sauce. We added on some grilled shrimp and it was cooked really well but 5 shrimp for $ 6, not really worth it. Our server, Ryan, was awesome. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Now open on Monday’s! Close to big venue’s for entertainment and shows. Friendly staff and music of some sort daily after 5pm. Didn’t eat but food looked great for what I saw being served.

This week was slightly busy, so I had to select something that had a substantial menu but was also open late. We walked in to a rather empty bar and dining area, but as soon as we sat down, we were greeted by a friendly face. Our waitress was attentive and gave her recommendations upon being asked. The menu is a bit overwhelming, as there are entrées from almost every type of cuisine, but we were assured by one of the regulars that there were a variety of options that were made fresh in-​house. We made our selections, and had food in front of us within 15 minutes. My «Hawaiian Burger» was a bit past my ordered medium, but was still rather delicious and the beef itself tasted good. The servings were proportionate to the price, and we both left full. Overall, this is a nice spot to go for a late night meal, especially when the entertainment is good. The food is above many of the normal bar and grill spots in Branson, so I’d recommend checking it out. Again, the service was a highlight!
