Notch Estates Resort — Enjoy a Cozy Scenic Ozark Mountain-View Bungalow with 2Br/2Ba, 40″ LCD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room, Full-Equipped Open Kitchen for Sharing Conversations with Family or Friends while Preparing Meals, & Large Wooden Deck across Living Room & Main Bedroom. There is a Large Table and Seating on the Deck for Mealtime or Just Coffee.
Both Bedrooms have Comfortable Queen-Size Beds, Lighted Ceiling Fans, and Flat Screen LCD TVs. The Updates Décor in both Bedrooms coordinates through to the Baths. The Main Bath has a Glass Door Shower & Vanity area. The Master Bath has a Tub/Shower with Vanity. The Living Room Sofa is a Convertible Queen Sleeper. A Stacked Washer & Dryer is available.
Our Bungalow is located along West 76 Hwy, Branson, 1 Mile from the Intersection Turn to Silver Dollar City. At the Resort, you have 2 Swimming Pools with Sunning Decks, take a Stroll on the Nature Trails, or Fish Onsite at the 5 Acre Lake, as a Catch & Release Lake.

Real Estate Investing & Entrepreneur teachings have lead me to Involvement as a Property Manager/Owner of Long-Term & Short-Stay Vacation Rentals for overseeing all Aspects of the Real Estate & Management Business. An Interior Designer by Trade started as Sales of Design and Evolved through the Years, using the One-On-One Design Sales Skills to work with Tenants and Prospects. With Our Vacation Rentals, the use of actual Design Skills Enhance the Décor Coordination of Our Properties for Our Guest’s Enjoyment. I have a Great Family, too! I have been married to my husband, Donald, for 43 years now. We have 2 grown Sons, 2 Daughter-In-Laws, and 2 Grandsons. They are the Special People in my Life!
