Waste Tech Family Refuse

I ordered the dumpster online because it was the cheapest rental service by a wide margin. The dumpster was delivered on the day I requested. When I wanted the dumpster removed five days before the two week time limit, I sent an email requesting the day I would like the removal. I received a reply the next day confirming the date, the truck came as promised and a few days later I received a email receipt, exactly the price quoted. I would absolutely use waste tech again, the process could not have been smoother.

Just like R.C. Waste Tech overcharged me on the weight. Based on known densities of what I threw out (lumber) I calculated a weight with an error margin of +/​-​200 pounds. I was well under the 1 ½ ton limit but they charged me for an extra ton (2.35 tons total). I requested a weight ticket which they provided but invoice numbers don’t match. Moral of the story… be prepared to pay towards Waste Techs’ profit margin!

I was a residential customer for about 2 years when I got a notice on my garbage can in July that my day was changing; I thought nothing of it except that they must be switching up the routes. I then received a letter on August 10 that they had sold the residential part of their business effective JULY 1!!! I think that it is bad business practice to wait 6 weeks to notify your customers of the change.
I chose Waste Tech because they were very nice to deal with, had great prices, and were tech savvy with reminders to customers about delays/​holidays. The company that they sold to was not friendly and had the highest prices when I had gotten quotes; I don’t want to be their customer. I wish they had had the common courtesy to let their customers make the decision to move forward with the new company or switch to another.
I am very sad to have to part ways on such a sour note.

Affordable, efficient and convenient. I ordered a 20 yard dumpster online and paid online. Dumpster was delivered and picked up as promised. Great communication providing confirmation of order then receipt after services completed. I’d recommend them, their services are more affordable than others I researched.

Cheapest rentals I was able to find, very convenient online request and ordering. I do wish they had an ETA for when they were dropping off the dumpster, I just knew the day not a round about time. I’m sure somewhere in the fine print it’s listed but the dumpster did damage my driveway and tons of sludge and garbage juice dripped out of the dumpster we rented — which was terrible gross and smelly. I didn’t expect the dumpster to be clean per say but I didn’t expect my turtle to become a ninja fighting hero because of the units runoff.
Overall if you need a dumpster, they’re straightforward about their pricing, online ordering avoids awkward conversation and it gets the job done.

Used these guys 2 times, and I’m literally ordering another 30 yarder right now.

BUYER BEWARE! This company will charge you for extra weight. I am not the only person that has complained about this. I wish I saw the online posting before I rented their dumpster. I had a 1 ton dumpster (2000 lbs) and they charged me for over 3000 pounds. I know for a fact that I did not have that much weight.

I used these guys and they had the cheapest price (by ½ compared to some) of anyone else I tried. Unlike the other reviewer, my experience was very good. I have a sloped angled driveway and my driver dropped the dumpster right where I asked him to.
I can’t speak to their follow up if there’s a problem, because I just called them the one time to set up the drop-​off. I would definitely use these guys again.

I needed a 20 cu yd dumpster for a cleanout. Request for info was answered on a weekend. Ordered online, they called to confirm location. Dropped off on time and the driver accurately placed the dumpster on some sheets of plywood I had put down to protect the driveway. Picked up on time and got an emailed receipt the next day.
Smooth process, no hassles and I wasn’t left guessing. Great service. Happy.

Prompt and efficient. Price to rent a 20 yard dumpster was lower than other companies. Dumpster was placed exactly as requested with no damage to our property. Would definitely use them again.

Waste Tech was very easy to work with– Quick email response, quick call backs, and their prices are good. I had to extend the rental time for my dumpster and they made it quick and easy. Even on short notice, Waste Tech brought me a second dumpster to swap with the first one that I had filled. I’ve spoken with both Paul and Sal via email and phone, both are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend using Waste Tech… I would if I were ever in the market again to rent a dumpster!
