We used Shade and Shutter Systems to install retractable screens on our back porch. Our house is only two years old and has very detailed support columns. Mark Legenos installed our house shutters when it was built by the previous owners. Hurricane Irene relentlessly pounded our house with ferocious fury in 2011. We took direct hits of 20 Ft waves slamming the house for hours during the extra high tide. Not a single drop of water entered our house. Seriously, not a drop. We saw our immediate neighbors’ homes brutalized by Long Island Sound. The shutters 100% did a superior job. We decided to complete the protection of the house by installing shutters on the remaining windows and doors. Mark came out to measure promptly and within a short time, he installed them. In our extensive years as multiple home owners, we have seen our share of inferior craftsmen. Mark gives homeowners hope. Yes, that perfect installer does, indeed, exist.
