This company is a bunch of scam artists. For real. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I learned this the hard way. They will entice you with a really cheap quote, and then ask for half of the money upfront. Once they get this money, you will never see them again. They may answer the phone and keep assuring you that the work will be completed, but they have no intention of ever actually getting the work done. Instead, their scam is to wear you down into submission and give up trying to get the job completed. Oh, and if you ask for your money back, they’ll promise to give that back to you too, but you’ll never see them or your money. DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!

The job was supposed to finish in one month but they took 9 months without ever completing it. The quality of work was poor and installation was wrong After promising for last 3 months that they will fix the installation, they never showed up.

The only ord that comes to mind is EVIL, Pure EVIL, the type that makes your head spin completely around. A lie followed by a lie, followed by a lie. I am working with the AG’s office Home Improvement Division to shut these crooks down permanantly.

I couldn’t leave a 0 star rating or I would have. In a word these people are disgusting. We signed a contract for a bathroom remodel in Oct. The job was supposed to start in early November and be substantially complete by early December. I had picked out fixtures in mid to late October. I sent several emails/​texts to the owner asking when the job would start. I kept being told a date — which would come and go and then another date with the same outcome. — keep in mind I had already paid several thousand dollars of the contract. Finally in early February someone came and did the demo. After one day on the job the 2^nd half of my payment was charged toy credit card (according to the job contract this wouldn’t happen until all work had been completed). At any rate the job went on for weeks — the wrong tile was installed, it was installed improperly, I had to buy faucets that I was supposed to be reimbursed for, the toilet was installed improperly, there were huge chunks of grout missing in several areas of the tile, there was no caulk done on the bathtub, the moldings around the window were crooked, the trim on the floor was done improperly, and I’m not done yet. The last day they were at my house we came home to stolen goods. They stole a huge collection of money we’d been saving over the years (it was basically an adult piggy bank where threw in quarters and dollars — with over several hundred dollars, they also stole several pieces of irreplaceable jewelry. There continues to be an ongoing investigation. This is your Warning — please stay away and tell your friends — these are atrocious people who should be out of business!!!
