Had a great time on Saturday, love the music, the food and the atmosphere. This is definitely my new hang out. The waitress were friendly, in fact all of the staff was great. Thanks a bunch

I have been coming to this place since it opened (and it was the Green Iguana) and its always been a good place to watch football. In my opinion, it is completely underrated in that aspect. Inside the restaurant is a huge TV projection and outside they have 4 TVs… I also like that the sports crowd isn’t obnoxious like I have experienced other places. The menu is a bit smaller than previously, but very delicious. They have great tacos and when they say something on their menu is spicy, they mean it… That is very refreshing as many Florida «spicy» foods tend to be wimpy (lol, I spent a lot of time in the Southwest)…
Service is par, however I kind of wish the bartender had a little more training. I ordered a dirty martini and had to request an additional shot of olive juice as their was almost no «dirty» to the drink. He also declined making me a blended drink because he said we has terrible at it. As I commend his honesty, that is something that needs to be corrected. With that said, I have always had a great time here, the food is good, and the staff is attentive and courteous. A few amendments to this place will earn this place 5 stars :)…

This is new and upcoming, great place good vibes, great food, a family restaurant where I must say you all can come and enjoy your day no matter what it is they are open 7 day’s a week, every day they have different events so what ever you got in mind you can find at Yucatan Live, BIG THUMBS UP…

I went to here to try it out since it is fairly new, but I might not go back. The food was good, but they had about 30 minute ticket time for your app and an additional 30 for your actual meal when you are the only one in there. Our server was nowhere to be found, but you could hear her talking to someone somewhere… Now that we have waited an hour for two burgers, an app, and 15 minutes or more, we finally have a ticket that did not have the correct amount on it. To sum it up, it has horrible service, however, the food is good once it actually gets to you.

Stopped in for lunch. Food was very good and came out quick. Server was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Price was very reasonable. Enjoyed it and I will go back.

This place sucks. Yes, I’ve finally used the word «sucks» in a review. Where to begin? The patio feels like a back alley hangout. It smells bad and it’s small compared to the rest of the place. I was there on a Saturday around 10pm and the patio bar was being tended by a ditzy blonde (no stereotype; she really was blonde) who had no business being a bartender. I ordered a beer; it was $ 3. I gave her a $ 5 and she said «thanks!» and walked away. My tipping protocol is $ 1 for beers, $ 2 for mixed drinks, and $ 3-​$ 4 for complicated mixed drinks. Horrible bartender.
Oh, and the beer was warm. It was bottled beer too. Talk about a cardinal sin at a bar. Never, ever serve warm beer. I didn’t stick around long enough to try the food and I’d go hangout at the Walmart café before I ever come back here again.

My parents heard there was new management, so tried it out. It’s worth giving a shot. The food and service was very good. Mom had a Penne Alfredo that was excellent, Dad went with Fish and Chips all for a total of $ 25.
Appetizer selection looks good, so excited to try for Happy Hour. Not many options in Brandon with good, shareable food!

By far, this is the worst restaurant (if you want to call it a restaurant) that I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible, the food is even worse. It’s worst than Green Iguana. Stay away!
I ordered a steak at 7:00 pm and they were out of meat. I ordered chicken wings and they were frozen.
Really, don’t come here.

Slow service, out of most drinks, and didn’t receive the menu I asked for after several drinks, had to go next door to BW’s
