Tatyana F.

Business Owner

Tatyana Frost is a Ballroom, Salsa, and Swing dance instructor. She is a very dedicated professional with years of experience teaching people of all ages and abilities. She will kick your booty and make you work your behind off so that you will be the best dancer in the bay area.

Originally from Lithuania, she started her career as a Professional Dance Instructor (American Style) in the USA in 2000. Dancing and fitness would become her life, and she has dedicated herself 100% to be successful.

Tatyana has performed and competed in many events with one of the nation’s most successful studios. Her passion for life and dance is contagious — come and catch the bug!
