I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vehicle to buy. Great deals and extended warranties. Carson is awesome and willing to help you out with any situation. The staff there is very friendly too.

We went to Qauto just to see a car my partner wanted to look at, and while I was their I decided to see if they had the car I wanted, well they did, we worked with Randall Stieff and he was very helpful, the car that was on their lot was great, priced right but had high milage so wasn’t to convinced with it. Randall looked to see if there were any cars in their other dealers and he found one also great price didn’t have to haggle, the only thing I haggle was my monthly payments and they did it for me. This is truly a haggle free dealership, other places you would have to haggle the price and payments. I would recommend my friends to go and check it out.

i went there to test drive 3 vehicles and asked to appraise my car. then one manager bumped into me and asking what i was expecting that day. i said if the trade in for my car would be good then i could probably think of purchasing a car. he wanted to run my credit. i said no cos i am willing to pay cash. but he insists that it will be a waste of time if i wont run my credit. i said «i can pay cash and if i opt for finance then theu can run my credit. but after you tell me how much my trade in is». this person basically was trying to sum up if i have the money and if not the conversation was just nonsense. and for a manager to approach a customer like that was the worse dealership treatment i have been. i ended up buying somewhere else. and dont bother trading in your car cos they pay nothing near your true cars worth. try another dealer!

Our sales person C. C was great she did everything she can to get me into the car, i was approved was handed the keys to the car etc. even had me put all my things from my trade in car to my new car, once we get to the finance dept. to sign the final paperwork, We were there for about 4hours that day, they tell me that they forgot to include sales tax from my lease trade in to the car I’m purchasing, which would bring my payments up to $ 24 per month which would bring my monthly payments to about $ 491 instead of the $ 461 we agreed on or i could pay the $ 930 est. now. I advise them all i could do was the amount we agreed on could not put down anything more. The next day i have Nick contact me and stated if i put down another $ 1,000 they could help me out, i stated i could not, he basically told me that «we are doing you a favor and helping you out due to your credit history, you could pay this now or later but you will have to pay the sales tax». I felt like he was talking down to me and very unprofessional, i advised him could anything else be done since it was a error on there part, he basically stated no, and said if i could not make another $ 1,000 down on top of the $ 1,000 I’ already putting down there nothing they could do, and kept saying we are bascially helping you out b/​c of your credit history and just kept repeating it, when i stated i could not, he hung up the phone. This has been the worse delearship i honestly have been to, after spending 4hours on Saturday there and another 4hours on Monday.

We don’t normally leave negative reviews on Unilocal but the amount of issues experienced leaves us as having to. We recently purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer within a two week time frame (Aug 2014) and had many questionable issues with the financing on one and still having major issues with the «Q“uality of the other. Promises were made to receive referral fee numerous times and to this date nothing… but that is the least of our worries right now.
The one car (a Lexus) is running just fine but the truck that only had 28,000 miles on it has been towed and in/​out of the shop more than any other vehicle we’ve owned combined (6 times and counting). Needless and unfortunate to say, we are already getting rid of this truck immediately (selling or trading in) all due to the fact that we cannot trust its «Q“uality at all. Should you purchase any vehicle from this dealer have your OWN mechanic check on it within the 30 day money back guarantee. We understand that buying used does have its risks but we just know we will not drive the same make/​model anymore and have decided to look elsewhere for our immediate next purchase. On a positive note, Kristin in the service department there is top notch and is on the ball with everything. Should you ever have an issue I suggest asking for her. She will be the only thing we will miss in regards to the dealings with «Q“Auto.

I recently purchased a car from Qauto. I would recommend you purchase your next vehicle there for sure. I worked with a salesperson by the name of Yvonne and she honestly made me feel like I was apart of her extended family. She was very honest and specific as to what she was offering me. I didn’t have all of the documentation needed to purchase a vehicle and she even let me use her computer to access my information. I can go on and on about Yvonne but you don’t have all day to read this. She was AMAZING and I love my car. Thx Yvonne and just know that well deserved raise/​promotion is on the way.

Worked with Vito and Jarrell who were both so friendly and HELPFUL! Fun atmosphere, which is nice when you are making big purchase decisions. They really worked with my financing to get me the best rate — they offered me better than anyone else in the area! The cars they have are truly quality — they make sure to take care of any issues before even putting it on the lot. Overall great experience and I would recommend all of my friends and family to them any chance I get! :)

Great concept. The idea of ‘interactive’ buying experience is awesome. Takes the stress away from car buying.
