I’ve always struggled as a child and a young adult with my body image. Due to other procedures I endured as a young child from cancer. These particular things left my body askew…
Overweight, dips and divots in all the wrong places… Also having the certain body type short and stocky didn’t help.
Dieting and exercising had been an everyday part of my life. I had a routine and stuck to it. I was 2 inches off of my waist, and finally at my goal weight. My BMI percentage was at its appropriate level. Even my height/​weight ratio was in proportion. Though it never eliminated the entire problem… Meaning I still had those hard to lose areas, especially in my waist, upper back and lower body.
Liposuction was always a thought in my mind. Not something I thought could become a reality…
I had known of Dr. Shienbaum through a couple minor procedures’ he performed on me in the past. I also knew of his meticulous and artistic ability in cosmetic surgery… The stellar reputation and duration of his career, which I knew was slim to none in comparison with other Doctors. At that point I knew I wanted him as my surgeon.
I had researched the particular procedure over and over and over… From websites, photos to videos, reviews and real live responses from people to make my ultimate decision… After a consult and preoperative review with Dr. Shienbaum, I was on the path to metamorphosing into my new body…
My surgery was a breeze. I went in on a Friday and was back to work on Tuesday. My limitations post-​operatively were very little. It felt like had been working out in the gym for an excessive amount of time. There was no pain; the bruising subsided within a week, and the swelling being very minimal. I was able to take care of myself, my dog, my home and work. I also kept a balanced regimen of exercise, rest and hydration. These were all key components for a healthy recovery…
My results are phenomenal. My abdomen is completely flat, something I had never experienced before, that being one of my darkest insecurities. As well as my double chin that has been removed in its entirety. Everything is in proportion. All my problem areas have disappeared. My buttocks are full, firm and voluptuous the way a woman’s buttocks should feel and look. Not only has my body transformed, my closet has as well… Dresses, pants, and shirts fit better than they ever have. Everything looks feels completely natural, almost like a painted on look. A look I was finally able to achieve.
I am thrilled with my Liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift procedure… I love my result and couldn’t be happier… Even more, I am pleased with Dr. Shienbaum and his artistic ability to morph an individual into ones unseen vision of themselves; which he has shared with me. I now have more self-​esteem, I am confident, in a sense it has come so naturally. I feel great and I believe that feeling great makes you look great… That feeling is almost indescribable…
