For sellers, since we are a smaller independent office we are able to contain our expenses and offer a better value which keeps more money in our customers pocket. If you need help with short sales, we have contacts with full time negotiators, to get the sale approved as quick as possible, at little or no cost to the seller.

For buyers we have dedicated buyers agents who answer their phone, call you back and help you find your dream home with the least amount of distractions.

Dan has served on the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors® board of directors, as well as a Director for Florida Realtors®, Technology, Professional Standards, Finance and Governmental Affairs, Rpac, committee. He also has served as an Agent Leadership Council member with Keller Williams of Brandon. Dan has completed the GRI Certification, the e-​Pro certification and is currently working on his Associate Broker License. Dan teaches other agents in the office on topics like short sales, web design, and various technology he uses to enhance customer service.
