I can’t believe it has been over a decade since Scott and I started critiquing restaurants around the greater Tampa Area. Shortly there after, a friend of ours, Rachel, asked us to cater her small wedding of about 50 to 70 people. And Hats Off To Dining was launched.
We’ve learned so much over the years and gained some wonderful contacts in the business. We’re very thankful for all our customers and our suppliers over the years that helped us make it this far.
