They call my business every week, unsolicited. I’ve never done business with them.
Each time I ask them to remove my business number from their call list. They don’t.

Unlike the other reviewer I’ve actually used the service and they’re pretty good. I’m not saying great or anything but they are solid. For the price you get access to tons of CE courses, many of which are in video form, that are very informative and cover many topics. Since it is available to you all ready, I was able to get a video on FBARS right when I needed it to get me ready to start filing them for my clients in a jiffy. Their customer service is pretty responsive too. I agree their sales people are clueless as they call me to try to sell it to me even after buying it already sometimes, so they loose a star for that, but I think their content is good.

These folks call our office several times a week and have some of the rudest telemarketing staff I’ve encountered (and considering the amount of tele-​spam we receive on the weekly, that says something).
I just got hung up on by a Brandon, after a conversation that went like this:
Me: «Hello, thank you for calling XXXXXX.»
Brandon: «Let me talk to [Co-Owner’s Name]. This is Brandon from CPE continuing education.»
I place Brandon on hold and ask the co-​owner if he wants to take the call. Naturally, he immediately laughs and says, «HELL NO.» So, I get back on the phone with Brandon.
Me: «Hi, Brandon. He can’t take the call right now. Can I take a message?»
Brandon: «Whatever.»
And then he hung up on me. Wow. K. Bye, Felicia. For the record, I am the other co-​owner of the business, so solid job guaranteeing we’ll never use your scammy services, Brandon.
Real talk: Google this company and you’ll see tons of complaints about what a scam-​filled, rip off organization they are.
Update 5÷29÷14: They just called again. I asked to be removed from the list. Again. Let’s see if it sticks.
