made my first appointment at this facility two months in advance and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the «team lead», with dark curly hair, I couldn’t be seen and that I’d have to reschedule. They stated that they attempted to call me but I hadn’t received any calls. I asked them what phone number they had and found out it was keyed in incorrectly by the front office staff member who had scheduled my appointment. I had to schedule my appointment for 2 weeks later, which she stated was the first available. I had filled out the new patient paperwork online already, so I asked if she could put it on file for my next visit. She agreed. When I arrived for my second appointment, I walked up and there were 2 girls at the desk. Nobody said a word to me while I was signing in. I told her I was there for my appointment. I told her that I had already completed the new patient paperwork and she stated that it was never put on file. I saw Dr Powell and he was fine. They stated they wanted to do more testing and that they’d call me to come back in in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes before I finally just walked out. This place is a joke and I will not be returning or referring my patients there.

I had problem with my ear. I remembered their nice fancy TV ads. So, I called them up. Stayed on hold for twenty minutes. I was prompted to leaves phone number so someone would call me back.
That was a week ago. Very poor customer service.
Apparently they are too busy for our own good.
Don’t waste your time. Find someone who cares.

This is one of the many dr’s offices that have you complete several forms about your medical history, only to then ignore it and ask you the same questions again in the exam room. This is very disrespectful of the patient (customer).
Everyone I encountered at this office seemed to only be going through the motions, as if they’re robots. There’s no friendliness.
The dr that saw me was a youngish guy who came across as being arrogant and even dismissive of my reasons for being there.
To my surprise a person with a computer came in with the dr to take notes, yet the dr neither introduced the person nor explained their presence. Again, very rude and disrespectful of the customer.
I wish that I had not wasted my time and money at this office, and of course I won’t go back.

This is my second visit to Tampa Bay ENT in Brandon.
I phoned this morning for an appointment to see Dr. Powell because of dizziness. The girl I spoke to on the phone (wish I remembered her name) was extremely nice and understanding and gave me an appointment for the same day. She told me that an Audiologist was not available today in case I needed one and did not push at all to come see the doctor, just gave me options.
Upon arrival in the afternoon, there was a bit of a wait, maybe ½ hour. Not all that bad, especially when they were seeing me the same day. Dr. Powell came into the room to see me pretty quickly. He wasn’t as nice and fun as last time, but hey, we’re all entitled to a grumpy day, bur by no means was he rude or mean. Just very professional. My husband said it must have been because he was in the room. Men, always make it about them somehow, huh?
The office is very nice. Comfy big waiting room, nice big restrooms and a play area for the little ones. The staff is awesome, extremely friendly and kind. The only drawback for this particular office is the parking. Can get pretty crowded out there and may take a bit to find a spot. Other than that, I highly recommend them for and Ear, Nose and Throat issues you may have.

A great place to get your ear, nose and throat check in for any problems you may have a concerned about. I been a patient of Dr. Rogers for a year now and he’s a very nice friendly doctor who won’t treat you like a number or money in his pocket. Yes, the wait times are a little longer than expected but that is normal when a doctor is booked up all at once where there is patients with the same time to see the doctor.
Yes, the staff are very nice and friendly on how they treat their patients no complaints from me they always answer my questions if I had any. Inside the main lobby/​waiting area they have a children play area on the far right side once you walk in to the building. Also there is two restrooms, tv’s and plenty of seating area.
