Great service, real fast on any type of jewerly or watch repair. I just asked if they fix glasses and they told me yes, brought them and 30 minutes later my glasses were fix with lifetime warranty on the same place that it was solder. I recommend this place

Took my watch in for repair. Louis quoted 250.00 and said it would be ready in three days. He did not have ready for two weeks, and he wanted 450.00 for the repair. What could I do. I wasn’t about to let him keep my 5000.00 watch. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE.

The owner was very nice and efficient! He fixed a ring of mine that I had bent whilst closing the oven drawer. He even replaced a small diamond chip that had fallen off at no cost! I only waited 15 minutes for the fix and clean at a very reasonable price. Would come back again and recommend. Like that’s it’s a small business and not a big chain.

I just picked up my pearls that I dropped of a week ago to have restrung. I saw the kiosk while shopping in the Brandon Mall and stopped there on a whim to ask what they charged, and the price they gave me was about a third less than a national jewelry retailer. I was hesitant, but the man who helped me was very persistent, and said the person who does them does a fantastic job and that they would look better than new. When the man handed them to me today, he declared«They look beautiful!!» And did not bother to ask my opinion(or I would have told him), instead walking away from where I was at the counter while I counted the beads! He brought me back a small bag, and another man provided me with a credit card slip showing I was charged more than quoted. When I pointed it out, they gave me cash with the final receipt, and as I walked away, I noticed my credit card slip was attached to a store receipt for a battery replacement. I didn’t bother pointing out the error because I knew I would not be returning… ever. My pearls look HORRIBLE. The spacing is visibly off… the thread is tight in some spots and then completely loose in others. I don’t understand how someone can do such poor job unless they’ve never done it before and/or have no idea what they are doing. A child could have done it better. They look so bad I will not wear them until I have taken them elsewhere and had them redone. Do not entrust this place with your pearl restringing. Lesson learned… spend the extra cash to have them done right with a reputable jeweler!

This is the place to be for your quick battery replacement. I went in today for a movado watch that needs new battery and the staff worked on it right away and they are both nice and they guarantee 1 year for the battery. Emma

Let’s start with the story of a girl who wears glasses. Okay, I wear contacts a lot more than glasses, but you know sometimes you just want your glasses. Perhaps on those days you need to look smart. Or your eyes cannot take oxygen deprivation for another second without you wanting to poke them out! I bought my wonderful Prada glasses at a store in Tampa. They’re a bit pricey due to my prescription-not to mention there is a different lens needed for each eye. The temples on each side detached from the glasses.(So much for Prada, eh)? So imagine my chagrin while at home in San Diego, I take them to an eyeglasses shop, they send them out for repair, receive them back and nothing can be done! NADA. ZILCH. I decided upon ripping a contact lens to stop in at my old eye doctor’s office while in town(thank goodness he’s in a mall and open on Sundays) and see if they could do something about it. NOPE. They suggested having them soldered, but then I wouldn’t be able to fold them closed. Insert ugh face here. Go to International Plaza to the store where I bought the glasses. Could they do something? NOPE. Go to a repair store and they want $ 65 to TRY to fix them. No thanks, don’t want to risk it. Enter Luis… great Luis of Fast Fix! He takes one second, looks at my glasses and says, «NOPROBLEM!» I say, «Hallelujah!» AND he assures me I’d be able to fold them no problem. Fast forward a couple hours and $ 39.99 later and my Prada babies are good as new. THANKYOU, LUIS! Definitely beats having to replace them. Everyone said it couldn’t be done, well Luis did it and I am telling you, when you’ve given up hope-try him! (Close to Macy’s in a Kiosk)
