This place sucks. I took my car in for an oil change they told me it needed a new battery and new tires. I told them I would have it done with my mechanic then when I left and went to the store mysteriously my car would not start. So my thing is what did they do to my car. When I called to talk to the guy he was very combative with me. I will never buy a Kia again or go back to this store.

I had nothing but a great experiences with service at this location. Warren in service is always very helpful and thorough in servicing my vehicle. He goes over everything being done to the car and doesn’t pressure me. I feel comfortable getting my car serviced here and will continue to do so.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Do NOT bring your vehicle here to be serviced. You’ll make an appointment when your parts supposedly come in (they will call you for this appointment to be made), only to find out they aren’t there the day of your appointment (after you’ve dropped your car off and are reassured while doing so the part is in). Then your car won’t even be fixed properly bc the lack of communication at this place is the WORST and you’ll possibly have something else damaged while they «fix» your vehicle. You’ll also have to call to see if your vehicle is ready bc they won’t call you to let you know. Just take it somewhere else if you value your vehicle.

Five stars because they really did all they could to get my daughter in the car of her dreams at a price she could afford. I really did not expect her to be able to walk out of there owning a new car. Brett Starling was amazing and we appreciated how he did all he could to make this happen. It didn’t take all day either! Car dealerships are worse than going to the dentist, so for me to give 5 stars is a big deal.

I purchased a used car here in July and had a very pleasant buying experience. The salesperson I worked with was friendly and I was in and out quickly.
Fast forward one month and the car seems to be having transmission problems. Further inspection shows the issue was just low transmission fluid with no leaks, meaning they didn’t even bother servicing the vehicle before selling it. The oil was also dirty and way overfilled despite having a sticker in the windshield indicating it was recently changed.
In addition to this it’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t received my vehicle tag, which I was told would take 2 – 4 weeks. I’ve been to the dealership twice for it and each time their solution is to just issue a new dealer tag. I’ve also called and emailed the finance department several times about this but nobody has bothered to respond.
Overall I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I’ve received after purchasing, and will never purchase another car here or have my vehicle serviced here.

Absolutely horrible experience! I got a lease here and the sales guy was very nice at first but decided that he was very anxious to hire a new salesperson that apparently had court issues so he was taking calls discussing how he should act in court. He even left me and my paperwork to go meet the guy outside and ask a coworker to finish my paperwork! Completely unprofessional!!! Of course because they weren’t paying any attention to my paperwork, they called me back in to resign documents a month later!!! Then they never transferred my insurance for me even though they took my insurance information. I found out a month later, thank God, I wasn’t in an accident or I wouldn’t have been covered! Now I find out that they registered my car incorrectly. I traded in a Jetta at the time and instead of transferring my Jetta plates to my new lease, they registered my Kia with plates from my husbands F150! So my husband gets pulled over and the cop is saying his license plate belongs on a Kia! Now we have two tickets to boot!!! They better fix this issue but rest assured I will never get another car from these people again! What a nightmare!!!

This place frustrates me, I came in for an oil change, I am quoted an hour for an oil change & wash, I am currently waiting it’s been 1 hour and 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten my car. Also when I came in today, I have two recalls on my car they said it will be a little over two hours for the recalls, well maybe if someone called and told me this I could have come in earlier to do both things. Well now I have to come in a second visit. & I literally dislike coming here. Ohhh I AM STILL WAITING ON MY CAR.

I recently bought a new Kia Optima here … Pricing was great … I got a great deal on an sx turbo (lease)… I worked with Andre (car salesmen) and Todd (manager) who was awesome and took care of everything I needed and sought to make sure I got everything I wanted … I love my car. I was hesitant as this was my first time purchasing a car without the help of family and id say over all it went pretty well… The only thing I didn’t like was I was being scared into buying extra insurance (that is through the dealer) for the car to add on top of my payment after I had already declined it … Made me wonder if they were foreshadowing into the car breaking on its own in the future? Hope not but figure it was just scare tactics

I bought my car here a couple of years ago. I was happy with the salesperson, and extremely happy with the amount offered for my trade-in.
I recently got a flat tire (nail in tire), and needed to buy just one tire. I wanted the same brand and had a hard time finding it at the local tire stores. I hesitated calling Kia because I figured it would cost a lot more to get it there, but it turns out they had it in stock and the price was the same as if I would have had another tire store order the tire and wait a week for it to come in. I didn’t want to ride around on the donut that long, so I was very happy they had it in stock. They had me come in right away, and I was in and out within a ½ hour. Quite pleased. :)
