History

Established in 1977.

Providing quality with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, the retail sores of m. William designs have been taking personal care of every customer’s needs since the mid-​1970s.

We had been at the same location for more than 38 years, servicing Polk and Hillsborough counties, and been delivering quality worldwide through our network of affiliated florists.

Within in the last year we moved into our new and current location! Where we plan to stay for many to come.

We focus completely on the client! I have been in the florist, wedding, and special event planning business since the mid-​70s. My draw to this industry came at an early age in Michigan, when my mother worked at a flower shop. I remember as a kid being so excited when I got to visit her at work and by the time of was abel to drive I was working as a delivery driver for the shop.

By 1976 I was in the florist business for myself, with my own shop. I also was doing to party planning for the five big races each year to Michigan International Speedway. Which included some of the biggest names in motorsports, including Marlboro Racing, Electrolux, and Penske Racing.

During the early-​80s I was traveling throughout the mid-​West to plan and put on large parties and fundraisers and by the late-​80s I had moved to south Forida and opened several stores.

By the 90s I had moved to west-​Florida and bought this shop that I am still running today!
