This is a great cigar shop! Scott is awesome, he has the knowledge of all the cigars in his humidors and is very friendly that makes you feel at home. The lounge is comfortable and the regulars are friendly as well. Has something for everyone if your a cigar smoker. A must stop when your near Brandon. My vote for one of the best cigar store and lounge around.

Excellent customer service!!! Nice relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of brands and blends for the choosing. The location is quaint but with their hospitality and knowledgeable staff this place makes for the perfect cigar lounge.

New owners have ruined this cigar shop. We have bought cigars from this store for many years and never had a complaint. New owners are selling dry stale cigars. I have mentioned to them that my entire bundle was stale. They did not seem to care. I purchased another bundle for one reason only. I needed one more punch on my rewards card. After spending $ 250, you get a $ 25 credit to spend in the store. The salesperson punched my card and told me I could use it on cigars or a ashtray or a lighter the next time I came to the store. The bundle I purchased was again stale. I went back the next week to use my $ 25 credit. That is when I was told I could only use it for a membership. WHAT??? I asked when did that change. The man said ever since he took over. This same man punched my card several times. Never told me he was changing the program. The card states the rules not to mention his employee told me I could use the credit the next visit. This was a foolish decision. He lost a customer who was loyal for 25 dollars. They can keep their stale cigars and I will find a cigar shop that takes care of their customers.

Walked in a few nights ago to pick up a few sticks to try as I am new to the cigar realm. Was greeted and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I replied no, not really & stated that I recently took the liking of cigars. There were a few guys in the place «hanging out» which is cool with me. What I didn’t appreciate was the lack of an attempt to even explain a few things to me or ask me some qualifying questions, but I also felt as if it was a perfect opportunity for him to sell me some stuff. Nope. Instead he let me look aimlessly at their selection, I had to pull it from him to give me a suggestion of his own. Felt as if I rudely interrupted a guys night that he was anxious to get back to. Walking out with 3 cigars (of different varieties) I felt unsure if I would return. What sealed the deal is that after smoking the 1^st one, I thought it was really dry compared to some I bought in Ybor. Next night, smoked the 2^nd one & guess what, also dry as a bone. I feel as if I bought some could be great cigars, but that their stock is so old & poorly cared for that they were hardly even decent. I should’ve thought something fishy when I noticed the barcode’s on the cigars looked faded (as if from age) beings they were dry as a bone, the suspected «aging» couldn’t be a good one. Won’t be going here again…$ 40 worth of dry rolls. :(Sorry Boardroom Guys, hoping you read this & change a few tactics of yours.

If you’re looking for great service, an excellent selection, and a friendly environment this is the place to be. Can’t say enough good things about The Board room.
