I must say that I disagree with Christopher below. Not all of the staff are frindly. After waiting a well dressed older women came out to assist me. She was rude, argumentative and unwilling to help me find alternatives to the $ 500 plus option she suggested. She offered no options in payments or other reasonable products.

I’ve been buying my vacuum bags and parts as well as several vacuums from them for many years. You won’t find a more helpful staff. They have a huge selection of new and used vacuums as well as bags for any model. They go out of their way to help you and take time with you. That service won’t be found at the big box stores. They repair all vacuums and sewing machines.
