This location has been super helpful to me. Ed helped me and my mom when we came in to activate our phones. Then when I was having an absolute nightmare of a time with the other Braintree location he offered help above and beyond his duty. Highly recommend this store.

I would probably get rid of my business with Sprint if it wasn’t for this place! Mike, Ed, and I’m not going to name anyone else out of fear of leaving out someone from this dynamic and helpful crew. Very professional. In this high-tech, fast-paced world it can be very frustrating, but they can fix anything quickly and with a sense of humor too. Love this place!

LOOOOVEEEE this store! I will not going to any other Sprint store but this one! My boyfriend and I just love Ika! She’s awesome! Super customer service here and they are friendly and are there to absolutely help you! Every time we go here with any sort of problem no one else can seem to solve… THEYSOLVEIT! Mike and Ika are both amazing customer service reps! Best Sprint store around… You don’t usually find nice people anymore in customer service. so it’s nice for a change! You definitely will have a bit of a hard time find parking and there may be a little bit of a wait. totally worth it!

I’m not sure how to rate this because the staff here simply followed store policy and I understand that they can’t override anything that they are not authorized to do. But here’s the tale: my evo shift was replaced 2 times for the same reason, a defective touch screen problem. I was stuck with a defective phone for two weeks because it was on back order… Probably because everyone else was dealing with the same damn issue. So if that’s the case then why don’t you stop distributing phones that aren’t reliable? No wonder the shitty phone is on back order. I was told that my phone model was Sprint’s newest«innovating technology». Bullshit. my phone has done nothing but fail miserably. The keyboard mechanism failed entirely and the on screen keyboard was too flawed to even attempt to text with. And their response to this? they said I had to have it replaced THREE times before they could consider giving me a different phone. And not only did i have to have it replaced 3 times, but they also said my alternative choices would be limited, opting out the iphone. The one phone I know for a fact would be reliable based on Apple’s success. At this point, I was about to throw my phone into the trash and heads were going to roll. I ended up calling sprint’s corporate office and talking with them, but the overall process was agonizing. I had all of these stupid automated menus that I kept 0’ing through to speak with a REAL so-called customer service representative. The issue was never resolved and I am going back to at&t… where they know how to treat their consumers(Thank the heavens). Oh and lastly, they told me they could not give me a temporary phone because their retail location was currently out of cell phones. WHATKINDOFCELLPHONESTORERUNSOUTOFCELLPHONES?! talk about nonsense! never again sprint, never again… But please note, the employees were as helpful as they could be. And I certainly let them know of this. Except for the one female aimlessly walking around the store, she kept giving me the evil eye and made me feel like I was making HER life inconvenient. Perhaps I should have called the waaaaahhmbulance for her.

This location is great. The guys here are very friendly, down to earth and helpful. They seem like they want to help you with your phone issues and service. They are quick with diagnosing your phone and giving you options of what can be done. They do not act over the top or fake but tell it like it is(which i appreciate). If you live on the South Shore(Braintree/Weymouth area) this is the best cell store by far.
