I love Francesca’s and the Braintree store was my very first. The girls working here are most always kind and helpful. They don’t overcrowd you when you shop, yet point out great pieces that you might have in hand at different times, which I think is nice. I’m indifferent with their pricing, as some things seem right on for the quality, yet others are way too much, in my opinion. Shopping the clothing can be frustrating at times when the racks are so packed in tight, it’s tough to see what’s what. However, I enjoy the boutiquey style at Francesca’s and they always have fun little gifts for birthday gals, Christmas stockings, and add-​on jewelry pieces for your big night out attire.

Honestly i wish i could give them less than 1 star… They have horrible customer service. not only the sales associates but also the manager. They give you the absolute run around because they dont have there policy in order. this place wont get another dime from me
