Express Towing

Son got into an accident last night, and he immediately called AAA for a tow. They told him to get safe and warm. The police then called AFTER my son did, because he wasnt with the car, he was in the neioghbors house staying warm like he was told. They were so INCOMPETENT not to put 2 + 2 together and towed the car to their shop, and not apply my AAA call. They charged me $ 200 this morning. 90 for the tow, 35 for storage and 75 for a «Gate fee’??? The gate was open, their shop is RIGHT THERE. This company is a rip off, a con, and will leave you stranded if you dont pay the money they PUT IN THEIR POCKET! They are RUDE, «dont keep call logs» to verify that my sons call to AAA was well before the police’s, which I can see by my sons call logs, was in fact well before the PD called them… TOTAL CHUMPS. I am horrified that out town uses this company… NO one EVER has a nice thing to say about them. Any good reviews are put up anywhere are by people they know… I have checked.

Express tow has saved me twice. I have their # programmed in my phone. Fast friendly service. Clean trucks inside. All ways Good people driving. Keep up the good work

Horrible, one star is two stars too many,. Car broke down on ¹²⁸⁄₉₃: Friday night, i called aaa, they sent a clown in a pick up truck after a two hour wait while i waited on the side of the hwy with no heat. Refused to let me sit n his truck to wait for a real tow truck, warm up and be safe.
About an hour later the second guy shows up with a tow truck that I was assured by Aaa would tow me home…, but no, he can only tow me off the hwy. It’s six hours since I broke down and my car is still stuck in a parking lot. You would get more empathy from Isis.

Absolutely DISGUSTED.
In a parking lot I used to turn around, I slid into a 8″ drift. Called Aaa, they never called me back to confirm. A tow truck shows up and says «it’s not covered, «$ 100». In a snowstorm with my son…
I was horrified and a nervous that this driver did not identify himself or that he was AAA SERVICE. I usually get a call from AAA confirming and an estimated time. When I went to my car to get the $ 100 cash, and confirm that this was the company sent (I had called 3 other companies maybe closer and told them each my location), and not just some company coming to rob or hurt me, the driver came to m kids window and said «hundred bucks». I told him I was calling to verify and he said «f – ing see you later», turned around and left us here in a snow storm!!!
I would avoid using this company at alllllllll costs. They are unprofessional, rude, intimidating and I would NEVER expect to be stranded by a company sent to help us.
The dispatcher who refused to give me her name or position was just a horrifying.

As a AAA member, Express Towing has been the company sent out twice now and each time the service has been efficient and friendly. Having moved here from California, the technician was really helpful and able to give me some information about reputable mechanics. First he came to run a battery test and then returned again when I needed my car towed to the auto shop. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks again for all your help!

Its really unfortunate that I have to write this review right now. I have used this company many a time when my old car broke down or needed a tire change however the incident that just took place has brought me here to give 1 star rather than 5. As I was driving home an Express Towing truck changed lanes without looking nearly forcing me into the guardrail. I laid on my horn and the young man behind the wheel not only kept coming but then proceeded to taunt me as he entered the highway and got off the same exit as me. While on the highway he again switched lanes into me this time intentionally trying to force me off the road again. He proceeded to take his phone out and pretend to take pictures of me as he saw me do so of his license plate while behind him after the first incident. I called Express Tow to report this unsafe driving and clear unprofessional incident to a higher up. Long story short the man who answered was short with me and could care less about what I was trying to relay to him. Finally I said I took a picture of the plate and was thinking about calling the police since his driver was a danger on the road. The man on the phones response? «Yea call the police» then hung up. Seriously? So your driver almost kills me on 2 separate occasions and that’s how you handle the call? Stick to changing tires and towing cars because clearly professionalism, safety, and customer service don’t rank very high or at all with these folks.

Grateful for the speedy service I received last night from Express Towing! I locked my keys in the car in my work parking lot. I called AAA and they sent someone from Express Towing, he was there in less time than AAA quoted me. He was also very nice and popped my door open in under 5 minutes without doing any damage to it! It was as positive of an experience as locking your keys in the car can be. I would definitely use Express Towing again if needed.

I woke up to find a flat tire on a Sunday, right before Hurricane Sandy was supposed to hit. I couldn’t figure out how to access my spare, so I called AAA. Within fewer than 7 minutes, Express Towing was at my front door! I think the gentleman’s name was Kyle. He introduced himself to me, was tremendously careful with my car, and took such care in accessing my spare — he even made sure everything was put back where it belonged after! In less than 20 minutes, my tire was changed, everything put back, and he even put the flat tire in my car – suggesting an old towel or blanket underneath because it was raining and the tire was muddy. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you so very much. I really appreciate your help!

I had a very positive experience with Express Towing. I needed help when my truck acted up on the highway and due to malfunction would not steer– very scary. I was able to get over to the breakdown lane without an accident. I called AAA and they send Express Towing. The driver was friendly and made me feel comfortable. After towing/​dropping off my truck at Firestone he agreed to give me a ride to my aunt’s house in the same town (about 2miles away) with no problem.

The gentleman who came and towed my car was very professional and polite. A rare thing in the towing industry that I have found. They were used through AAA. My car was dead and they arrived quickly and saved me. I highly recommend Express Towing
