Description

Specialties

Crafting a customer experience based on «best practices» and industry standards. We offer NWFA and Bona certified craftsmen to handle your simple maintenance request or install a completely custom floor. From consultation to wood floor inspections, we are ready to help you add more value and beauty to your home.

History

Established in 1989.

We started as a small family business in the late 1980s. Through hard work and a lot of referrals we were able to maintain a level of excellence that carried us through the different market conditions of the past two decades. We have gone through several transformations — each for the better — as we strive to stay in sync with the lastest industry trends and techniques. From adding dustless equipment to changing to more environmentally safe finish options, we constantly evolve to better serve our customers. Our dedication has been recognized in several ways: we were elected to serve on several committees and teach for the NWFA, we were selected to be part of the exclusive Bona Certified Craftsman program, but most importantly, we earned a reputation for being reliable professionals that our customers can call on to complete their hardwood flooring projects.

Meet the Manager

Jimmy N.

Manager

Jimmy serves as the project manager and helps to run the day to day operation within the organization. He is a proud, passionate and dedicated professional who started out as a software engineer, but found that he did not «love» what he was doing. He did not realize the trade that he helped his dad with since he was in the 8th grade, was actually what he really wanted to do. He is a proud member of the NWFA and has been awarded the Craftsman and Master Craftsman degree for his involvement on multiple wood flooring committees as well as serving as an instructor and proctor for their NWFACP program. Besides maintaining his blog, «A day in the life of a floor guy», he spends his time off enjoying the company of his wife and their two young children.
