While I love my primary, Dr. Mary Scott, the front desk needs to be retrained or revamped. They’re overwhelmed, they have the longest hold times on the phone and in person, and have a hard time updating records. Furthermore, getting a prescription called in has taken upwards to two days. I continue to go because Dr. Scott has been my doctor since college, and I absolutely adore her.

Had to switch PCPs due to problems getting prescriptions filled, referrals never being sent, and errors in my medical file like allergies, medications, and height. The front office staff are too overwhelmed and disorganized. I actively avoided seeing the doctors because each visit was such a fiasco.
