Went in to get a bathrobe embroidered for a gift. Lisa was very helpful and spent quite some time with me to make sure everything was exactly right. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it came out. Communication and price were all on point. Makes me want to get everything embroidered now.

When this establishment first started, I really loved the customer service and what they had to offer — they had great onesies, blankets, and custom logo design. However, the owners have now split and I have to say that I’m not happy with the remaining owner. She is unknowledgeable in a lot of merchandise knowledge — I was frustrated when asking her how much product would cost — and she often disregarded my color or placement requests for embroidered logos. I remember I once had a piece embroidered, picked out the thread, and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong! I mean, details are kind of important, don’t you think?! Bottom line: between the crappy customer service, general lack of business knowledge, and so-so quality, I’d save your frustration(and money) and go somewhere else.
