Honestly, no sugar coating, and no games — this company went the extra mile for my family from the first second I stepped into their showroom.
When we meeded advice, the staff went to the most knowledgeable people they had INSTEAD of talking around in circles.
There were no pressured sales. My meetings with my sales rep were all about MY needs, not the company.
My installation was done RIGHT, because FCA referred us to an extra contractor for specialized work, instead of winging it and charging a fortune.
My carpet is literally comfortable enough to sleep on. I love what they’ve done, and I would never recommend anyone else.

I was thinking about going with lowes. What a joke there. Went with FCA the women showed up next day on a SUNDAY measured. 3 guys showed up moved the furniture did an outstanding job. Showed up a little after 9 am finished around 3:30pm. I would highly recomend. Lowes took like 5 days for a douch bag to show up. I’m serious the lowes guy was a joke.
