History
Established in 1947.
Shortly after prohibition was repealed in 1933, Vittorio «Vic» Giunco opened Vic’s Bar. After World War II ended, Vittorio Giunco and his son John Giunco opened Vic’s Bar & Restaurant March 17, 1947.
Vittorio and his family devoted their lives to creating the best Italian dishes and Pizza, in a casual setting. Over the years the thin crust tomato pies and signature Italian dishes they created helped the restaurant become one of the most popular restaurants on the Jersey shore.
