I typically love Subway & have eaten at locations all over the U.S. for many years. That being said, I will not be going back to this particular location. It is in a free-standing location on a busy corner but even that could not help them last night. We ordered 2 different foot long sandwiches. Once we got to the register, there was already one customer waiting to pay. That’s when we found out from the employee that the cash register computer(which she said was running Windows XP) was down. They finally tried to re-boot it, which led to a very long wait! There were 2 customers that came in after us, but there were paying with cash so they decided to just order & over pay for their sandwiches, just so they could leave. One woman just handed them a $ 10 bill & said I’m in a hurry, I don’t have time for this, just keep the change, because they could not even get the cash register open to give her the proper change! We had to wait, like the guy in front of us, because we needed to charge our food. After about 20 minutes in the store, the system came back up & we could leave. They gave us a small bag of chips for our time! Big Deal. Sandwiches tasted fine, but in the middle of the night, my stomach got really upset from it. The next morning, I still had a very upset stomach. I have no idea what was strong with it, but something was. Will not go back to that location.

Is there a place for a negative star? Never ever been treated this poorly anywhere. Hey manager, customer is always right! Get the«chip» off your shoulder — it’s just a sandwich shop! Hey sandwich tech — when you sneeze in to your gloved hand — don’t touch the next sandwich without changing your gloves! That’s gross ! Poorly trained by your manager. Pass on this one — Jimmy Johns a block west has happy employees that are glad your their. The star is because I’ve come hear regularly for the past 10 years.
