Nasty staff member snapped at me when I went to return a pair of shoes. Manager just stood by and didn’t do anything. Not all of the staff are rude, but some of them (and the manager) could use some customer service training.

I stopped in during lunch here and I ended up getting a great pair of running shoes! Joe was extremely helpful. I couldn’t believe how many shoes they had! Sandals, dress shoes, running shoes, they have everything. I wish I had more time to look at everything else in the store. So many different shoes to try on next time!

We visited Peltz on a Saturday looking for a specific pair of Reeboks that were listed on
and it directed us to Peltz. Immediately upon entering the building, we were not acknowledged, which was fine because we knew what we were looking for. However, after going up and down the aisles, looking at various different sneakers, we were never approached by any of the staff. The staff looked like they had retired from other jobs and were either forced to go back to work or just got bored with the retired life. Either way, they were anything but polite or helpful.
They didn’t carry the sneakers we were looking for anyway, so we browsed for a few more minutes before leaving.
My suggestion is to find another shoe store to go to where they care if you make a purchase. Avoid Peltz at all cost.

If you’re looking for a good selection of shoes for great prices, this is definitely a place to check out. They had a huge selection, from athletic shoes, boots, dress shoes, casual shoes, anything you can think of! The staff was friendly and offered assistance and offered to size my feet as well. I was able to find a pair of shoes for my vacation coming up soon that’ll keep my feet comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Horrible service… wouldn’t stop greeting me, then wasn’t around when I did have questions. Finally, they practically ran me out of the store 5 minutes before close. Baaaaad staff, bad!

I bought a pair of Naot shoes on august 4th for $ 149. on August 8th I bought a second pair of Naot shoes for over $ 150. Both pairs were purchased at Peltz shoes in Sarasota. I loved the shoes and even bought a third pair a week later at another store. I noticed that, after four wearings, the first pair was stretched out causing me to trip and that the strap had frayed. on August 24th I went back to Peltz to see if they would either exchange the shoes, repair the shoes, or contact the manufacturer. the store manager would not do any of the above and refused to even discuss options with me. I will not shop in a store that will not stand by it’s merchandise.
