Very good and caring place for any animal to be groomed. I have taken my cat and dog here, I would recommend them to anyone.

Gave our pooch a great Poodle cut — except the dog is not a poodle. Shaved to the pink skin — virtually unrecognizable. To paraphrase the saying: Dog Be Wary!

Very pleased with their services. They did a great job grooming our Maltese. He looks and smells wonderful. We will definitely return.
It was another successful trip to the groomers for our Maltese and our newest member, Bella! Thank you so much Richard! We are quite happy.

I made an appointment to take our two dogs in for a grooming on 10÷8÷15. I took my oldest daughter with me to drop out dogs off for their first grooming at this establishment. Upon walking in, we waited at the front for someone to wait on us. While we waited, we heard a dog yipe and then a lady who was back with the dog who was grooming the dog proceeded to talk very mean to the dog she was grooming.
She yelled things like, «You need to sit still or you’re going to get cut!» And, «Stop moving around!»
The thing is, we could see the lady and the dog. The dog WAS just sitting there and it wasn’t moving around.
The big tall man who worked there finally walked out of the back room (I don’t think they realized we were waiting up front).
I whispered to my daughter, «There’s no way I’m leaving our dogs here! Let’s go.»
The man did not say hello to us, just looked at us. Most employees at a business would say hello to someone visiting their store. He didn’t say a peep and we turned around and walked out.
It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a pet shop. Why didn’t they even say hello after noticing we were there after we stood there a few minutes waiting? My guess is because he probably didn’t know what to say after customers saw the way that dog was being treated!!!
I won’t take my dogs there. They are sweet and well behaved, just like the one that was being groomed and I wouldn’t want my dogs treated like that!

Molly has been going to the «Spa» for a year now and comes back smelling great and well trimmed! She’s a pekingese mix with long hair and an attitude and is a hard to trim pooch. Theresa and the gang do a wonderful job and is a decent price!

Lousy service and grooming since recent ownership changes, current owner /​groomer does some dogs fine, others very poorly, including ours. This place is up and down and inconsistent, like all dog groomers in our experience over a 30 yr. period. Our dog done very poorly today, good luck with yours!

I have to update my previous review after the grooming today. My dog Cooper was butchered around the face after 7 hours in the shop. I can’t even recognize him when I picked him up. The reason I was giving was that his hair was matted around the mouth and she has to cut it off. One would think to comb through matted hair then cut and not just cut it off. I combed Cooper every morning and really have a hard time to accept that. This is going to be the last time for us.

Teresa is EXCELLENT. I have a beautiful cat who is terribly shy and afraid of people, she literally foams at the mouth because she gets so scared. She was calm with Teresa and now has a beautiful hair cut. If she is this good with good with a cat, I can only imagine how wonderful she is with dogs. I highly recommend her. Part of this review is for selfish reasons, I want to help make sure she stays around so I can keep bringing my Angel to her. I hope this helps! :)

Bella and Barley always smell so nice and look so pretty when they get back from the pet spa! I’ve been going there for about 2 years now and I’m very happy with the location, service, and care for my pups!

The WORST !!! The owner was terrible to deal with. Took my Yorkie in for a grooming and she butchered him. I called to speak to her about it and all she did was lie about the work she was suppose to do like bathing him and the grooming. She was not interested in working out the issue and never once asked me to bring my dog right back so she could fix the problems. She was very rude and not customer friendly at all. I told her I would be writing a bad review and she did not care. I would NOT ever recommend this place. I will be happy to share pictures with anyone who would like to see the kind of work this place does.

Rick is a fantastic groomer! He came out and greeted me, asked how I wanted our Maltese hair cut. I went with his advise and she looked the best I have seen her!

Very dissatisfied! They butchered my dog and over charged for their services! Save your money, go elsewhere, and stay clear of this place!

Richard has been grooming my terriers for years. I was glad that he chose to work at this place because it is so close to my home. He gives them the breed cut and they look great every time. Their prices are reasonable. The store is nice and clean. The owner is a bit rough around the edges, not really customer friendly. I’m just there for the great grooming!

Nice staff, but very hit and miss here. We take my dog’ to get her nails clipped and many times, I have to take her back because they were not buffed properly. I find it rather annoying to have to go back. There are other times that it is done right the first time. I guess it depends on the person who is doing it. Prices are fair, just wish it was more consistent with the quality of service.

I have brought my dog here several times for grooming. They always do exactly what I want and are very friendly. Glad I found this place.
