They saved my phone! I had some water damage and touch screen issues because of it. The camera no longer worked and part of the screen was unresponsive. Apple wouldn’t fix it because of the water damage and my insurance has a high deductible. I took it to these guys on a Saturday morning and it was fixed later that night all for well under a $ 100! The guys working are very nice and super knowledgable. I hope I don’t have to use them again but will if it comes to that!

Very disappointed. Brought my iPhone 6 in to get the screen replaced, dropped it off because they said it was going to take an hour. Phone was done on time but when I got my phone back the screen was noticeably dimmer than when I brought it in. Took it back to see if they could do anything for it. They immediately took it back and «attempted» to try other screens possibly due to the one I was given had a defective back light. After exactly another hour I was given back my phone and was told there was nothing they could do. I spent nearly $ 200 to fix my phone I chose this company due to convenience and not needing an apt. Customer service is there but the product quality is severely poor. I would not recommend this location to any one I know. Paying top quality prices for 3^rd party quality. As a constant consumer I’m extremely disappointed with my investment. Now I’m forced to take my phone to Apple to get the phone properly replaced as I expected it to be the first time and invest more money in this issue than I ever wanted to.

Brought my broken iPhone 5s in to iHeart, the screen had lines going down it and the touchscreen was completely unresponsive. I dropped it with the guys and was told to come back in an hour. Came back and was delighted to see a brand new responsive touchscreen and glass installed, the phone looked brand new. Two year warranty is a great offering and the $ 125 for the repair I feel is pretty reasonable seeing as Apple will charge you $ 250 and might not even fix it for you. I highly recommend, these guys definitely know what they are doing!

Love these guys. Fast turnaround. Reasonable pricing (iPhones are expensive). I dropped my phone into the ocean (ever so briefly). It seemed OK until the crunchy saltiness in the recharge slot started to crackle and I began to lose charge. iHeart quickly diagnosed the battery charger as my only problem (except forgetting the phone in my pocket when walking into the ocean in the first place) and fixed it right away. 5-​star service.

IHeartRepair did an excellent and timely job replacing the keyboard in my out-​of-​Applecare MacBook Air, on which three of the keys failed when the battery swelled. The Genius Bar wanted to keep it for a week, but IHR ordered the part, scheduled a time for the installation, and returned it to me, all within three hours.

A LIITLE STORY-​JUST THE FACTS-​YOU DECIDE!
2013– Sent two iPads for repair to IHEART, Yancy was the consummate professional and both were returned perfectly repaired.
2014– Dropped and cracked BRAND new iPad air… stupid! Called Yancy at IHEART told him my issue. He said that they would replace the glass on the iPad air for free
if they could hold onto it for a few days as they had never repaired one before. I happily agreed.
5 weeks later after repair– iPad air screen begins to develop dirt and mold under the screen, Very distracting. Call Yancy he says send back and we will fix under warranty. Fast forward 10 days later, Yancy tells me that they are trying to clean off mold but it is still there. I say to him: please replace the glass, he emails back they will replace the glass. FastFast forward to a conversation with the Manager named Jason, he tells me they are Not going to replace the glass even though their employee has already agreed to do so in writing. Jason tells me that Yancy had no authority to authorize replacement. I ask him to stand by his companies commitment and repair correctly. He indicates he will call back– no call. Today, i receive iPad air back without the glass being replaced. So, despite having paid for the repair of three separate iPads over the course of one year and demonstrating myself as solid customer. MY IPAD air was not repaired even though it was in warranty period and it was obvious that the original glass replacement was faulty as air and dirt were allowed to get under screen.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Best to deal with companies that stand by their policies. Just saying… You decide.

Dropped my iPhone 4S and shattered the front glass. Did a web search and discovered iHeart Repair. I called their shop on Bee Ridge and left a message on the answering service. I was called back within 10 minutes and arranged to go into the Lakewood Ranch shop the next day. The gentlemen who I spoke to confirmed they had the screen part in stock. The next morning I went in, dropped off my phone, had breakfast downstairs, came back upstairs and got my phone. Looks brand new. They did a great job. Highly recommend.
