this is a family owned restaurant from Honduras. She use to just serve breakfast, but now it’s an all day/​evening store. The first time I was in there (and second, third, and fourth, lol), I had for breakfast the most amazing scrambled eggs w/​ith avacado and some type of mayonaisse based sauce on a light, fluffy tortilla. The flour tortilla didn’t even taste like a tortilla. It was more like fresh middle Eastern flat bread. Then I tried a lunch dish, which had thin sliced beef, with seasoned rice, and onions that had been marinated in vinegar and beets. To die for. I will update on any new dishes I try there.
