I GOT RIPPED OFF. As a woman, they must have seen me coming. I paid them $ 1,000 for a new power module to find out later that they NEVER EVEN REPLACED IT WITH A NEW MODULE. They have spliced so many connections to my power module creating more problems than I had originally. It is clear to see the old date of 2007(!) on the «new» power module that I purchased from them. The wiring in my car now looks like a monkey did it. Even I can see that clearly something isn’t done right here and the part is not right here. DISHONEST — TOTALLY RIPPED OFF

A few years ago I would have given them a 5 as they are always friendly, professional, do great work and felt we always got great service.
Then I took in my older high mileage Sebring Convertible, which would no longer run and had been sitting for a year. They told me it was the timing belt, water pump and other things and would be over $ 3,000 to fix and not worth it. My dad saw this new little one man shop «Why Pay More Auto Repair» and talked to Jose. He found that not only was the timing belt and water pump ok but the repairs needed to get it running again and road ready including oil change and tune up were under a $ 1,000.
This past week my mother took her Lincoln in because it was leaking water (She didn’t know where Jose’s new shop was) H3 told her that it needed two hoses on the bottom of the engine and some type of rings and some other thing she can’t recall. I took it over to Jose and he checked it out totally and all it needed was a $ 6 radiator cap.
These events happened over 3 years apart. I had a couple of family members (also women) go to H3 and were given large estimates then listened to me and went to Jose and found most of what they were told was either wrong or grossly overpriced.
I have to wonder how much of the work my family had done that we would have given 5 stars for before really was needed?

Went on the recommendation of a neighbor and really couldn’t be more pleased. Nobody really enjoys spending money getting your car fixed but it was as painless as possible.
Quick repairs done right at a fair price. They diagnosed the problem and did the other repairs I asked for and also advised of things they checked (at my request) that in their words «could wait». Even got a ride for pickup with-​in just a few minutes of the car being ready.
I appreciated the honesty and no up sell. Friendly, helpful folks that I highly recommend.

They’ve taken good care of my daily driver Dodge and my project car Firebird. Im a car guy, but unfortunately can’t turn a wrench to save my life, they understand my predicament and work with me to achieve my goals on both cars.
