Gettel Pre-owned Supercenter

The service department here is incompetent at best! Twice I have had problems with service at this dealer. Once they tried twice to fix a wheel bearing problem and never got it right. It took three visits and I gave up! This time I showed them a mirror I ordered online and explained it was not the right part. They ordered me the «right» part which was identical to the one I showed then. Fast forward to me making an appointment to fix this problem, I get there to have the entire mirror replaced and the service guy tells me we never ordered the part so can’t fix it after I took a half day off from work to get this resolved once and for all.
This experience has led me to decide to sell both of my Nissans and find another brand of car to drive!

When it was time to upgrade my car, the first place I thought of was Gettel. I’d had a really good experience getting my previous car from them, and Ray «Uncle Ray» Staib had been a huge help.
I called him up, told him what I had in mind, and seriously, it was car buying made e-​a-​s-​y. As a female customer especially, it’s really helpful to have a sales person who actually listens — we worked out my budget, he showed me some cars that fit and I drove off in my certified preowned Hyundai Genesis!
Another wonderful experience and I highly recommend Uncle Ray — he’s like the ‘car whisperer!
PS: the car drives like a dream, I don’t think I would have found it if I hadn’t called Uncle Ray.

I went in here looking for the only Manual Honda Civic I could find in florida that was less than a year old. They were the only dealership in Florida with it. If they were not, I would not have purchased anything from this dealership.
Their internet prices are a sham. They have a $ 900 minimum fee they tack on from their «guaranteed» price online. Even after I contacted their after hours chat support (The lady on the chat was very nice) they confirmed their price. It was below Blue Book and Nada book value.
I went to the dealership. They are intruding hawks. Worse than any dealership I’ve been to. Granted I’ve only purchased 5 cars from dealerships in my lifetime but I’ve never been hassled and prodded as much as this dealership. It wasn’t my sales person, he was very nice, but it was his manager hammering down my throat.
They wouldn’t give me any break on the purchase price or waive the ridiculous $ 900 dealer fee that was never advertised. I was annoyed but okay with it because the price of the car was still under NADA and Kelly Blue Book.
Did I mention EVERY SINGLE CAR has been in an accident? Yes, Every car on this lot has been in an accident and repaired in their ho-​hum shop behind the building. They didn’t attach my bumper correctly and I didn’t notice until a few days after I left the dealership. I got screwed on that part.
Anyway, In the finance room. The Finance «officer» refused to let me leave without taking their warranties. I literally sat in the finance room telling the man I did not want the warranties for 2 hours. After 2 hours I got fed up and bought 2 of the 3 offered through the same bank they financed through. (Did you know you can cancel the warranties by asking the dealership for the Florida State Mandated cancellation forms?) I did this a few days later. They filled out the forms made me a copy (that I asked for) and I was on my way.
Two weeks later I called the finance company and they never received the documents. I was annoyed and tried calling the dealership 3 times to talk to the finance officer and was never transferred after a few hours wait. I scanned and sent copies of all my documents to the finance company and they PROMPTLY reimbursed my loan with the cost of the warranties. Lion Bank is very helpful if you finance with them. They said they get a lot of those pushed back from that dealership. I know why.
A quick note, if they have THE EXACT CAR you want at a price listed (and you wouldn’t mind paying about $ 1000 more) then go to this dealership. IF you want someone trust worthy and that will work with you, do not go to this dealership. I would never return there if they gave away a free car.

Trade in my vehicle for 6 months with no luck. I went there just hoping, I got the help of Barry to found a car I liked and could afford ! My husband & I came in because we received a pre-​approval in the mail. We thought we’d come up for a look. We bought a 2012 Chevy Impala… we left after putting $ 1000 down. We were called a week later stating financing fell through, we had to come in with more money. We gave another $ 2000 and I received a letter of denial from the bank directly so I canceled the check, brought the car back & a week later I’m still waiting for my money!

I went in expecting to look at a 2010 Cadillac SRX. As I entered I was greeted by Todd coover who happened to be the GM and promised with Barry I would be in good hands. That was truth. I got traded my VW in very easily and ended leaving that night with a 2012 Cadillac SRX. Todd and Barry got me cleaned and gased up. I love my new car!!! Go there and buy your new car you won’t regret it!!!

My good old Mercury Sable was coming to its last days so I went to Gettel Supercenter. Ray Staib was helpful, direct and gave me all the information I needed to help make my decision. Would definitely recommend this to my family. Now my Kia Forte and I are zipping around like no one’s business. Thanks Gettel and Ray Staib!
