Great place if you have a property you are looking to rent. They were excellent in pricing the rent, marketing/​advertising, and quick in finding tenants so it did not have to sit vacant! Their fees are great, much lower than prior property management company and I ended up getting a lot more in return! Highly recommend using them if you have a property you are looking to rent and don’t want to do it on your own or have got burnt in the past trying to manage you own property… I learned the hard way a long time ago, trying to «save» money by doing it on your own ends up taking countless hours and it’s never fun trying to collect rent or handle maintenance issues on your down time/​weekends, it’s great if you have an excellent property manager!
