Carolina Landings At University Place

I have rented here for 2 years and just bought a condo here. The families are very welcoming and encourage everyone to get out and socialize. They fish, swim, bike, BBQ, race remote control cars, and really make it an incredible place to call home. I appreciate how the man that walks around keeps up w everyone. He is very nice as are most of the people here! We have retirees, young couples, single families. I’ve met fire fighters, cops, teachers, nurses, engineers, construction guys. We all help each other out and make the most of this incredible place in Sarasota, Fl! With this mall in walking distance I can’t wait to see what happens next. We have rowing tournaments to watch, bicycle crews to join, and running clubs through the neighborhood. As for the person that seemed so unhappy, we all run into our bad days. We have rules here but for the most part I’ve not seen anything to be upset over.

I have lived here for a year and we just renewed our lease. Overall, I think this is a great neighborhood and really enjoy it here. The location is wonderful and property and landscape is kept in great condition.
As far as what the previous person posted, I have never had any problems with my neighbors and have found them to all be very polite and pleasant. Parking has never been an issue because we are given our assigned spots and that is it. The man that is always walking around is quite nice and friendly if you take the time to say hello to him.
I have always felt very safe here and while I have seen cop cars in the neighborhood I have never heard of any actual disturbances. This place is full of young families, retirees and a few graduate students, not transients and gypsies.
