Awesome Doggie Doos

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed here. When I showed up I was greeted by a toddler, and I stepped into someone’s dark, smelly, dirty living room. I could see the parents’ unmade bed from the front door. Probably because their bedroom door was off the hinges and propped up against the wall of the «lobby.» Obviously they live and work here. The little girl had her face and hands all in my dogs’ faces which made me very concerned. My dogs don’t especially like children, and they definitely don’t like people all over them without a hello first. It made me very nervous, and yet her parents seemed unconcerned and unaware of any potential danger. The «grooming» area was apparently in a back room I couldn’t see, and wasn’t offered a look at. I didn’t know what to say. I was completely appalled, and I didn’t even know how to say no thank you without being completely insulting. I left my dog there, went home crying, read some terrifying reviews, and immediately called back with a fake emergency and went to get my dog. She had only washed and dried him, and to be fair nothing bad happened that I’m aware of. My dog, however, seemed very scared and bolted through the door and ran to the car. I’m all for mom-​n-​pop shops and supporting local businesses, but I still expect professional service in a clean environment. I wish this family all the best and I feel for them, but they need to make some changes. This place was just creepy.

This place is a train wreck. My daughter has our mini schnauzer and took it to this place for a grooming. OMG. They cut her way too short and gave her random razor burn all over. She has to be on Benadryl for the itching. The woman told my daughter she had to keep trimming her beard because it was uneven. Now it is almost gone. She does not even look like a schnauzer anymore. Thankful that hair grows back! I don’t know why a place like this does not see they do not know what they are doing. Hire a groomer for gods sake.

This place should be named «AWLFUL DOGGIE PEOPLE
They kept my dogs a (Morky and a Yorkie Poo) from 10 am to 5:15 pm
I called at 2:00 and was Told there were 4 Dogs ahead of me, But it turned out they LIED to me Because they had Cut a GASH an inch and half long and an inch wide and about a 8^th inch deep in My Morky‘s side and GLUED it back together!
I called at 5:10 wanting to know WHEN AM I GETTING MY DOGS BACK? (Because they closed at 5 pm and they NEVER CALLED Me through out the day) and was Finally told then that they were ready When I got there they Wanted PAYMENT before I even saw my Dogs, When I questioned that, The story began, They told us My Morky Had a small mishap that was QUOTE «NO BIG DEAL» that «DIDN‘T EVEN BLEED» and that «Waggin Tails the Mobil Vet came out and took care of my Dog. with a special Glue like they used on her (the Groomer‘s) C Section»
(I know, But I really got caught off guard with this one and It took a few phone calls and some figuring before I got to what really happened) Sadly it goes on…
After the Glue gave way about 2 days later I saw the Gash I Called Waggin tails and was informed that this was a LIE, They told Me «NO VET OF THEIR‘S OR ANY OTHER LICENSED VET WILL WORK ON YOUR DOG WITHOUT AN OWNERS PERMISSION» Well,. 8 Stitches and an antibiotic shot (Penicillin) 8 days of pills and $ 105.00 Later From Our Vet ‚(The Pet Clinic on State road 64,) My little Morky is sewn up and resting as I write this.
In fairness :) after They came clean and Told me the truth,(Yeah they actually admitted it When «Waggin Tails» called them and informed them I knew) They offered to Give my dogs (Are You Ready for this??? Free grooming to pay for My vet Bill. WOW! I think I will skip that and YOU SHOULD TOO!
