We purchased a historic home in Bartow, FL and Mrs. Adams came up personally to make sure that we were going to buy the proper unit for the downstairs of our home. With her assistance and knowledge, the unit that was in the home as too large and wasn’t properly dehumidifying the home. We had Mrs Adams’ company replace the old unit and install a new heat pump. Within two weeks the humidity was gone and much to our elation our energy bill went down considerably. We would like to personally thank Mrs Adams and recommend her company and team to anyone that is interested in a quality product and great service.

Would not recommend! Our air stop working and called to have someone come out. They sent a older gentleman who just added freon and did not add the bill correctly.
Overcharged $ 50.
One week later the air stopped again. This time they sent someone else. He stated the freon never should have been added and needed a new unit. He spent most of his time talking on his cell phone trying to selling his car.
Received a second opinion.
Year and half later they have yet to refund the $ 50 overpayment. Not a way to run a business nor would I ever recommend this company!

If I could give more stars I would. Mrs. Adams is the best in the business. I have been using her company for over 12 years.
