History

Established in 2008.

Joseph and Tracy Toncich are the owners of Precious Pets. After working as a Licensed Funeral Director for 16 years, and knowing all of the options available for the families she served, Tracy was unhappy with the experience she had when she had to put down 2 of her cats (Boogs and Mrs. Beasley). That is when the idea of Precious Pets started. After helping family members and select families at the funeral home where she worked Precious Pet purchased the property at 703 Sixth Street and began remodling (Joe and his brother doing most of the work). A cremation tort was added at the end of Oct 2008. After only being open for a year and one half, the BBB ask Precious Pets to join. Precious Pets is now a BBB accredited business with an A– rating. Precious Pets hopes to continue providing service to our families and friends for many, many years to come.
