Clark’s Fork is a fun local breakfast and lunch place. We are fresh, healthy quick serve restaurant that has a fresh salad bar, daily baked pastries, and a great selection of breakfast and lunch items. We also have a variety of in house catering options. If you are looking for the right venue for a graduation party, Christmas party, rehearsal dinner, birthday party or any other event planned in the evening, we can host your event privately. Prices are extremely reasonable for this service and you do not have to fight parking, loud restaurants or other distractions for your big event. We also offer two meeting spaces for breakfast and lunch. Our conference room can seat up to 10 people comfortably and is a nice private area for your business meeting. Our silo room can host up to 25 people and can be closed off for privacy. We have boxed lunches for that ski day, fishing trip or other day trips you might have planned. Let us know what we can do to help out for your planned event!

History

Business Owner

Clark’s Fork owner Jeff Riggs came to Montana in 1998, on a basketball scholarship at Montana State. In 2001, Jeff decided to purchase a building and his first restaurant franchise – and started the Wheat Montana Deli in Bozeman. Over the following years, Jeff grew the one storefront into a total of four (Bozeman, Helena, Great Falls, and Billings), along the way gaining an understanding of food service, restaurant management and the value of a powerful and reputable brand. The franchise was a great learning opportunity for Riggs, but he was ready to take the next step to develop his own brand. Jeff and his wife, Susan, along with their new baby boy Otis, established the first Clark’s Fork in Bozeman – and plans are underway for additional locations around the state.

Good food. Got a breakfast burrito and a side of sausage gravy. Must have forgot the sausage… not much in there. Good gluten free options and baked goods for the celiac wife. Enjoyed my hot tea as well. Friendly staff.

Ive been eating here since they switched from Wheat Montana, and they do such a better job! The food is very simple, nothing overly special about their menu (except maybe the giant cinnamon rolls!) but the quality is always consistent and everything always tastes good. It’s nice to have a place to swing by and grab lunch and know what you like, that it’ll be quick, and that it’ll always be good. I rarely eat in, but grab lunch between jobs. The ambience isn’t great for eating in, but at the end of the day it’s fine when you’re after a quick bite with quality. Thanks Jeff & the crew!

Wow, what an unbelievable little gem. I ordered salmon sandwich and it was incredible. Excellent coffee and beautiful pasterys. No slouch on the cinnamon rolls and homemade chips a must stop for breakfast and lunch. Peep that salad bar, bruh!

Cinnamon roll heaven. I got 5 different ones and two were a day old. They didn’t taste any different then the fresh day.
The service was great and friendly.
Clean place as well.
I got Carmel; Carmel with pecans; cream cheese; plain; & plain with nuts. All great.

They serve a really good breakfast and it is moderately priced. The coffee is excellent. You order at the counter and they bring out your food to wherever you are sitting. They have a frequent customer card which you get marked off and receive a free meal for every nine you buy.

Best breakfast in Bozeman hands down. Great tasting and huge cinnamon rolls. Also, the «hot mess» may be the best breakfast meal I’ve ever eaten.

While Clarks fork may not be a hole in the wall it most certainly has amazing food.

My husband and his co-​worker had been coming here daily for a week so this morning I decided to join him for breakfast. I was not impressed. Even though he raved about the food, his fried eggs were puny looking. I got the cinnamon roll French toast which sounded amazing but came way under cooked. The bread was soggy at best. I had him go say something about it since they knew him by name. I got my new order to go and trusted them but when I got back to the hotel, I found they went in the opposite direction and burnt it. Seriously.

Traveling it’s hard to find fast easy places to have a healthy bite. We found Clarks fork on Unilocal and gave it a try. The cafeteria feel is unusual but fun. Cashiers are fast and friendly. The food is either help yourself or fast coming out and really good. The salad bar has lots of healthy choices and exceptional soup. Lots of choices for vegetarians and meat eaters. We were able to get a fast, non greasy meal and be back on the road. Plus you get a free pastry with your check in.

I had their whole wheat pancakes with fruit and a cappuccino. My husband had one of their many breakfast burritos and a coffee. We were both very happy with the nice service, the great prices and the delicious breakfast food. My husband was happy to be able to get another coffee to go for just a dollar. Their cappuccino was amazing and this is coming from a person who is picky and serious about their cappuccinos. Totally recommend this place. Go here :)

As a qualifier, my friends and I had just been camping in Yellowstone and were in desperate need of a shower and some sleep, so we weren’t in quite the right mindset to appreciate food.
However, I think I’m justified in calling Clark’s Fork a competent diner, but not much more. The ambience was a little commercial for my tastes, you order up front, and the menus are projected onto screens. The food was about what we expected (Side note — don’t get the bridger bowl if you have a long drive ahead of you). The place is clean though, and none of the food is bad. If you want hefty portions of food and quick service, this place will get the job done.

Fast, inexpensive, high quality, and friendly staff. The building is fun and modern. I recommend the trapper wrap and a chocolate croissant for breakfast. They have great sandwiches for lunch too.
