Wulf Cabinet Works

My contractor used Wulf to build the reception desk for my new office at a cost of more than $ 3K. Months before installation, I and my wife visited their showroom to make selections, which was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, when walking into my office to see the newly installed desk, several of my selections were missing including incorrect drawer pulls (they used cheapest ones possible), countertop edge shape, and a locking drawer. When Wolf was contacted, they said that I had never made any of those selections (blaming me), which was false. They refused to take any responsibility and said only the drawer lock could be corrected at an additional cost of $ 150. They ended up installing the lock, as initially promised, for no additional expense, but I was forced to accept the other issues. This company has obvious internal communication issues and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. With so many other options in the area, do not use Wulf Cabinets
